We are really please with the installation, especially for the highly professional job of Brandon and Steve. When they arrived at our home, they were conscientious of keeping our home clean by laying down a long runner from the entrance of our home down to the basement where our old furnace was located. They took the time explaining to us the procedures and details about the removal of the old furnace and the peripheral equipment such as the humidifer and electronic air cleaner before installation of the furnace. They worked harmoniously and professionally. At the completion, they showed us the newly installed furnace. We were really pleased. The air ducts around the furnace were replaced, the intake and exhaust pipes were replaced, and nicely organised. The elecrical wires were secured, the drainage pipes were professionally installed (replacing the two eye-sore old rubber tubes; one to the floor drain and the other one hanging about waist height to the sink), the once hanging exhaust pipe from the water heater was secured. Moreover, they covered by aluminum tapes on those holes punctured by the maintenance technicians, on the air ducts. We are really pleased with the attention and care they had on the job and the final result. We now have more space around the furnance and it is much better organised. Above all, they explained and showed to my wife about the maintenace of the furnance, the upkeep of it etc. Of course, they gave us a little demonstration of how to setup and operate the new intelligent thermometer (ECOBEE - Lite). Many thanks to Brandon and Steve for their job well done and their advice and friendliness. We have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

Josh replaced our polaris hot water tank; he was experienced, professional AND entertainting! Our tank is rented, so there was no cost to the replacement.

We did not have proper hot water and also had a leaky tap. We were fortunate enough to get Tyler, who was well equipped and very knowledgable about the situation. He completed the job in a timely matter and also provided additional information for future references.

Once you sign up with Enercare protection plan they make it INPOSSIBLE to cancel. Honestly Ive called 4 times and still havent been able to cancel. They pass you from person to person. Please dont get locked in like me. Never sign up with them! You wont be able to get out once you do.

My furnace went out on me. I call the company and within two and a half hours someone was at my door to fixed the problem. Very good service and knowledgeable service provider. Dave was excellent, respectable and knowledgeable about his job.

I initiated the contact with Evercare for their service and throughout the process they were polite, considerate, patient, helpful, and informative. During the installation the two people doing the work were respectful of myself and my house. They did their work quickly and left the area they were working in clean and tidy when they were done. They explained what they had done and how the new equipment worked and made sure I was aware of any information I might need to manage them before they left. Overall it has been a pleasant experience working with Enercare and the people I had contact with to do the work.

I had a furnace that's only 5 years old that kept shutting off on us the gentleman came in he was a perfect gentleman respected my house and took care of the problem he also explained what to do and how to do it if this should ever happen again very pleased with him

We have the annual service package from Enercare. Lennox from Enercare was outstanding during the visit - he efficiently investigated the issue and provided solution options promptly.
