    Furnace Service

    Our furnace wouldn't start. When I called I explained that, but added we were due for our annual inspection. I suggested both concerns could be addressed on one visit. However when the inspection/ cleaning technician came he said he could not address the non start issue, and that we could arrange for a service technician. A technician then came later that same evening and replaced the thermostat, all is ok now. (but I guess we need to schedule our annual maintenance again) Thank you.

    Rental Water Heater Service

    I previously had another call relating to the same problem but the technician then didn't explain what the problem could have been. The technician that came yesterday , when I told him of the problem he explained in detail the problem and why it was occurring. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness of explaining the problem to me.

    The technician who came to my home was very professional. You could tell that he knew how to do his job and was very competent in doing his job. The technician was very courteous and called prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way to our home.

    HVAC Service

    The Technician that was at my house brought to my attention some corrosion on my water heater. Now, I have to make a decision on whether to replace it and rent a new one with Direct Energy. However I would like to speak to him further regarding this. He has given me his business card and I will be in touch with as to what step to take next, Thank you.

    I know nowadays an "excellent" rating is normal and is the expected response for the survey. I would like to stress that the lady who serviced my equipment is at least another 3 notches above "excellent". I experienced my best services ever in my 13 years time as a customer with Direct Energy. I hope you pass my feedback to her, Thank you.

    Nice to know that there are still some quality people in the work force that make you feel good when you have made such a large purchase, and who is very knowledgeable who takes pride in what they do. We feel safe and happy with our purchase. Thank you Direct Energy, from H&S

    Jordan was AWESOME! He was very customer service oriented, answered all my questions, and was just an overall pleasure to deal with. :-) I hope if I have a service again in the future that he is the one who gets the call. 100% Satisfied!!!

    I was very satisfied with the service an knowledge of the individuals that we dealt with. The service representative was outstanding and we felt his service was top notch. We have told numerous friends and neighbours about the excellent service we received from Direct Energy.

    RWH Install

    I detected a problem with my water heater one Saturday morning. I called Direct Energy and a few hours later the servicemen showed up with a new tank for me. The response time was A++ and the servicemen were excellent and quick!

    HVAC Service

    Technician was very good and as a result I am considering upgrading my furnace and air conditioning unit. Honesty, worry free and rewarding loyal customers is VERY IMPORTANT to me. It has to benefit BOTH parties, the customer and the company. Treat your customer right and you will have them for the long run!!
