We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in May 2014 from Direct Energy. We haven't had a service from Direct Energy until this point. When they came they were friendly and the technician found no problems during the service.

The technician was not able to fix my leak in the shower stall because it was not covered under my plan. In other words it was not a plumbing problem but a deterioration of the shower waterproof membrane. However before leaving the technician asked me if there was anything else I needed fixed. I had a small leak in a drain pipe in my basement. He fixed the leak and showed me an old elbow pipe that was ready to fall apart any time.

The technician was prompt and called to confirm before coming to the appointment. Zahad was very professional, courteous and very patient with answering all of my questions. He explained everything he was doing and gave me important information regarding my furnace and humidifier. He did a great job and I am a very satisfied Direct Energy customer

Although the technician was in my home to provide furnace maintenance, he noticed a crack in my water tank which had the potential to be dangerous, and immediately made arrangements for us to have a replacement water heater installed the following day. Thank you.

The technician went over his work and gave me tips about maintaining an efficient heating system. He also went over other service options for the rest of the house including the water heater and insurance on our plumbing. He also left pamphlets about these and additional service provided by Direct Energy, which we appreciated.
