The technicians who came to do our install were patient and willing to help me understand our new system. The work was well done but they worked efficiently. They also cleaned up after they were done so there was no mess left behind.

We are always very pleased with Direct Energy's service. The young service technician who came to our home and serviced our furnace was very friendly, polite, and courteous. Good job!

I would like to comment on the representative who took my call on Friday morning. His name was Lucas (from the Call Centre in Trenton) Lucas was extremely patient and calm when he was having difficulties with the computer. He got the assistance of his supervisor and was able to complete the transaction of the maintenance agreement I had called for. Lucas has a pleasant way of dealing with customers. He was polite, very respectful, and mature. I was impressed and this is the reason I did not want to change my mind even though there were long delays because of computer glitches. Please make sure he receives this message on a job well done!

The technician Sheila Tomlinson was excellent. She explained everything she was doing, was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, eager to do a good job and very professional. Both my husband and I were very satisfied with the work and would like to highly commend this technician for her exemplary customer service.

We just had the worse service - they have left us without water all afternoon and now they won't come back till tomorrow afternoon! I have 2 small kids and no water or bathroom! Unacceptable and sad!
