    RWH Install

    Both the technicians (Carmelo+Nick) were very polite, respectful, of the area they were working in. They were experienced in their work and completed the new water heater installation quick. They also explained how to operate the new unit professionally. Great workers!

    Heating maintenance plan

    Last year I registered for the heating maintenance plan but was disappointed by the technician's lack of training. The plan was automatically renewed without my consent and now Direct Energy is saying I can't cancel without paying a years worth of fees. This is in direct breach of the ontario consumer protection act. When I have spoken to direct energy representatives they are aggressive and threatening. I am really disgusted with this company.

    Fireplace & furnace Service

    Although, they did not book immediately when I called for service agreement, they came quickly on second call and promptly solved the problem with the fireplace ignition. However, they did not have time to look at the furnace for fall maintenance that day. I must now call back and make another appointment to get this done. I took the annual plan as we are no longer able to service our gas products. Chose the annual plan as it makes more sense. I hope to get my money's worth out of it.

    When ever we have had any work done we have never had anything to complain about. This time was definitely no exception. Nathan, our service technician was very pleasant and left the area he had been working in very clean.

    Domestic Hot Water Heater

    My experience dealing with Direct Energy was good from start to finish. Both the customer service representative and the service technician were top notch. The service technician informed me in a friendly manner that I was in need of a CO monitor. I will be buying and installing one within a few days.

    Rental Water Heater Install

    I had to replace the 14 year old rental water heater. I made and appointment and then had a flood in my basement. I called and cancelled the appointment but the installers still showed. with no word they said okay we will come back and I rescheduled the appointment. I rescheduled from Tuesday to the Friday and with smiles on their faces the politely said "see you Friday" . What great service Direct energy provided us . Thank you!

    The service technician was so great this year that I would appreciate having the same guy back next year!! It was such a pleasure to have him in our home doing the yearly check up for our boiler.

    HVAC Service

    We appreciate that the technician brought cover ups for his shoes and put them on before entering the house to keep our floors clean from the outdoor dirt. This was very important to us and it relieved a lot of stress. Please have all of your technicians use this method without being asked to do so during all four seasons of the year. Thanks in advance!
