The staff at Direct Energy are always courteous and knowledgeable. The technicians that come to my home are always very efficient and clean up after the completion of the job that needs to be done. Excellent work! I am not sure of the approximate cost as I pay yearly for Plumbing through Direct Energy. Only cents per day!

The technician Jaime personally explained what he was doing at each step. He looked at what were the diagnostic possibilities for the problem, and honed in on the right problem. He also took the time to walk me through how to use the new thermometer he installed, and was patient when I clearly didn't get it the first time.

Mr. Drouin, the technician that came to my home was terrific in every respect and provided exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner. Congratulations on a job very well done!

I dealt with three people. I first contacted Direct Energy to find out about annual boiler maintenance. I spoke to a man named Paul. He explained all the options and sent me information about the protection plans. I made my decision and emailed Paul back to let him know I would like to enroll. I received a follow up call the next day. During the call I spoke to Bill and then a women named June. All three representatives I dealt with were excellent! Customer service is something that will make or break my decision to deal with a company. All three reps had a great command of the English language, were well spoken and clear. They were friendly and I didn't feel like I was getting a scripted hard sell. I would really like my thanks to be conveyed back to each of these people if possible. Thank you!

My hot water tank was leaking on a holiday weekend and I was worried no one would be able to provide service until the Tuesday (it was Saturday) instead, I was told someone would be there 1-5pm that day (3 hours later). Great service!

We just arrived home from holidays to the realization that our water heater was leaking. Instead of a hot shower, we had to call for service. Thanks to our service contract , they arranged a serviceman to come out on a Saturday afternoon! He was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem with minimum of fuss! I wish half of our problems could be solved as seamlessly as this call was!

Darren, Justin, and Mike Walker plus the installers for the new hot water tank and the air duct cleaner are a great advertising team for Direct Energy. They all did an amazing job!

I am very happy with the service I received! The technicians conducted service in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I can say I am 100% satisfied with the service I received!!

The technician had to order a part on the first visit in order to fix my problem. The part came first thing in the morning the following day. The technician made the appointment himself for my convenience. That's what I call great customer service, going above and beyond what is needed!!

I can do nothing but rave about the service we received from the Direct Energy team we dealt with. From the salesman on the phone to the installers, everyone was absolutely wonderful! We had an entire new system installed and never once did we feel pressured by the sale, in fact we did it in our own time and when we decided we actually wanted it done. We were amazed by the high level of service we received. I would recommend this particular team to anyone. They were exceptional!!!
