I have a been Direct Energy customer for many years now. I have never received anything but first class service and attention from the company! Thank you for always taking care of me.

I have nothing but compliments for all involved for what started as a simple service call that ended in having of a new furnace (a purchase I was not looking forward to making so soon after purchasing our house) installed two days later. It all started with Jaimie, the service technician, a very professional, knowledgeable person who takes pride in his work. Since the problem had partly resolved itself on that day, he offered to verify the few areas known to cause problems on that type of furnace. All servicemen who came to our house in the past several years were excellent but Jaimie surpasses all of them by a substantial margin. That furnace should not have passed its first and second inspections but somehow did! We could have all died of carbon monoxide poisoning last winter and would have been in more trouble come this winter had he not been so thorough; he basically saved our lives. The consultant he contacted on our behalf was also exceptional; he took the time of inspecting and explaining everything- proof is the contract was signed immediately. The installers were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. These two even provided information useful for my son who will start his gas technician level 3 and 2 soon. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you.

The technician that came to service my hot water tank was without a doubt one of the best technicians i have ever had into my home for any problem. Keep up the good work!

The service technician that came to my home was very friendly. I asked him to keep his shoes on and he still took them off and put them on in the basement, very respectful!

The technician was fantastic! He even went as far as to give me tips on how to save energy during the winter months by unplugging the power to the AC. He was very polite and helpful. Great job!

Every aspect of the service was great. From our rep Kelvins' visits, to Tom and Pete's excellent work; all were professionals in the highest sense,very friendly and answered any questions/concerns we had with operation of our new a/c. On the day of the install, Kelvin brought lunch for the install crew. This just showed us that there was no "disconnect" between the whole Direct Energy team. My house and outdoor area were left clean after the work was completed. Wishing all transactions were this professional! And we should also mention that the estimate/cost came in right onto our budget? Thank you again to Kelvin, Tom & Pete!

I recently had a problem with my water tank that required a technician to come out 2 or 3 times. Each time it was done professionally and I am very satisfied. Thank you.

The latest technician named Nobert was a really great guy. He was very courteous and got the job done. I wish I could always have him to do my service or maintenance calls.

The service tech was a pleasure to deal with. Direct Energy's service techs have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, as compared to sub contractors I've had to deal with at times. Thanks for the speedy repair!

I can`t understand how in this day ad age, a technician would still show up without a drop cloth and place tools on my counter. When I asked him to be careful, he got offended. I guess they think they are the only company in town.
