    Furnace repair

    My furnace wouldn't run at all. After calling Direct Energy a service technician came the same morning. This was important as my three week old grandson was staying with us for the day. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgable. He determined that motor wasn't working in the furnace. He made a call, picked up the part, returned and finished the repair. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service from the call to the company to the compilation of the repair. I have a service plan with Direct Energy which covered the cost of the repair.

    furnace

    Direct energy maintenance plan is a FAKE, Don't sign up for it or you will be stuck with it, paying for it for a year even though you try to cancel it, they got you and won't let you go you have to go through all kinds of stipulations to try to cancel. The guy that came to "check the furnace" is just an excuse for the company to see how old your furnace is so they can sell you a new furnace. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

    Annual furnace service/ vent motor replaced

    Had the annual furnace service done and while here technician determined I needed a furnace vent motor.. Within 2 hours another tech was here and done in 15 minutes .. Part was replaced for free under heating and protection plan !!

    Service call

    I was most impressed with the service that I received from the initial contact right up to the finishing of the repairs. technician came to repair my air conditioner and ended up repairing my furnace as well. The gentleman that handled the repairs was very good in all aspects of the visit. I have been a Direct Energy customer for years and I intend to stay one. I highly recommend your products and services. Thank you.

    Service Call

    The DirectEnergy technician that came to my home first called to advise me she would be 5 minutes and she was right on time. She got straight to work and did an excellent job. She explained everything to me and I was very pleased with her attitude and her work.

    HVAC Service

    Technician was very knowledgeable and even suggestested rental of a new furnace should we require one in the future as ours is now 15 years old as an alternative to purchasing one outright. This service is billed on our monthly bill and done annually.

    HVAC Service

    The technician was great! My wife was home when he arrived, she had hurt her back a few weeks ago and he even brought the trash cans in for her. Great guy who deserves recognition!

    We have been using Direct Energy services for many years now. They are easy and efficient! We never have to worry about anything.
