Full marks for this technician. As well as doing a fantastic job on the work, provided a coupon for savings on the purchase of new equipment from Direct Energy. I have always recieved great customer service and work from the agents who I call into to book appointments and to the technicians who come into my home!

Kudos to the Installation Team. They went the extra mile to fix unrelated issues with my furnace in order to insure my safety. They answered all the questions I had, were very positive about the furnace I selected and left my furnace room spic and span. They gave me extreme confidence in Direct Energy.

Mike, the technician who serviced the furnace and air conditioning units was first class! He was friendly. polite, knowledgeable and on time. He represented Direct Energy exceptionally well. If you hand out bonuses or pay increases he is worth it! P.S. I never knew Mike before this service call.

The technician at Perry Mechanical are the best service I have ever received in my 8 years of having a service plan with Direct Energy, especially this past visit with John. Work was done well and he gave me the time slots I needed based on my schedule.
