Very happy with the service and time put in by all of the staff who worked on providing me with the service plan I required. Very pleased with the way I was treated in regards to my being a valued customer!

The technician who came to my home to fix the problem we had was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient in both identifying the problem and fixing it. He was outstanding!

The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable and good at her job. She was a very nice person overall and i was very pleased with the service she provided.

Service representative was very nice and respectful of our home. The scheduled maintenance was managed very well, as I was informed by e-mail about the next annual inspection. I called to make an appointment and the date and time fit my schedule. Very happy with the results. Other then my air conditioning filters needing a cleaning nothing more was required for my air conditioner .My furnace was running perfectly and everything was clean and working as per the requirements.

The crew who installed my new furnace were very professional, knowledgeable, and provided clean work. I was impressed to see how they handled the old equipment. They were also very efficient. I believe I got the best of the best to install my new furnace. Excellent job, 10 out of 10. The technician deserves recognition for the job he did! :)

I had originally called for information regarding my plan and was promised a discount on my current plan. After an accidental plan cancellation i called in and the representative was very helpful and reinstated my desired plan.

Mike Craddock was the technician who visited my home. Best person I have ever had to service anything. In the future i would request him to do the service. Direct Energy is very lucky to have such an awesome person working for them. He is one of the few people that still cares about others. Excellent service!

The two gentleman that installed the water tank were very helpful and committed to their job. They cleaned after the job. They are both recommended for being such good guys. They were very courteous and helpful in giving more chance for maintenance.

New a/c purchased through direct energy 2 months ago is broken. Still not fixed after a week. Worst experience ever. Every day a new technician gives a different problem and different part. I have many parts at my home and a broken a/c. No accountability or responsibility. And no response. Worst experience ever.
