Two of your technicians did a very thorough job of replacing our water heater which was rusted, They made sure the replacement was done according to the safety codes. In fact, they corrected an unprofessional workmanship in our previous replacement: the pipe was no longer pulled down to reach the water heater. They fixed it! More over, the over all response was very prompt. Thank you!

Our technician had a great sense of humor and I felt very comfortable with him as the call time was 6PM to 10PM. I do feel that 10PM is a bit late for a service call but I really needed it fixed. Also, he came well before 10PM. His service was excellent!
