Our air conditioner was not working. We called Direct Energy and they sent someone the next day to take a look at it. The customer service representative was helpful and friendly. The technician was friendly and explained the issues. He immediately fixed the connector problem with the AC unit. There was not charge for labour or parts as we have a service maintenance plan which covered this repair.

We had no water at home. I called Direct energy and they were willing to send someone that evening, however, we were not available so they sent a gentleman the following morning. He was amazing and friendly. Thank you

our original heat pump unit that was 33 years old broke down. The AC unit pipe broke. We have direct energy unit warranty coverage on unit. When service was made and unit was declared non repairable direct energy immediately set us wtyih a sales rep the next day. The sales rep was great explaining choices and appointment was booked 4 days later. The insatallaion team was excellent and did red carpet service. Work was clean and explained and answered any questions we had. Excellent service form beginning to end. Direct Energy was great!

I have both a heating and cooling protection plan with Direct Energy. They called me to arrange a time for a visit which I was very pleased with. The service representative is very prompt and courteous. He called to inform me he was on his way and was at the door exactly when he said he would be. He answered all my questions and did a great job.

New furnace and air conditioning- our air conditioner was defective and we were very pleased with the quick response from Direct Energy to rectify this issue and problem and replaced the a/c unit. Thank you so much

From the start until the very end of the job the technicians were very professional. They took the time and care to removed the old furnace and install the new one.

The plumber that came to our house to detect the water leak went far and beyond the service we expected! He was very professional, explained everything in detail as he was repairing the leaks. He was also very polite. We also experienced great service getting our furnace repaired! Took only a quick 2 days.. Your service is beyond amazing.
