Ener "I don't" care customer support
Customer service is deplorable, particularly when all you want to do is pay a bill. Selling a house is already stressful, but Enercare made it that much worse by not being clear on the process for paying off rental equipment, forcing me to pay in person, and then having to follow up several times, then cancel that in person payment, and resubmit online payment. The response from Enercare will be "so sorry to hear about your experience" please contact our customer care department to discuss further. This is the group that I discussed with that did not respond or care, and the implications are non-existent when you have the luxury of a monopoly. Get everything in writing, as a warning to all, and do not trust them to do what they say they will do.
