Mehdi Service Technician was courteous, friendly and checked the furnace thoroughly, advised us about the filter change and also went outside the house even though there was heavy snow to check the exhaust outlet. Very happy with the service rendered

I have always had good service with Enercare. I have been a customer since the Direct Energy days. The gentleman booking the appointment was able to fit me in right away and I can't say enough good things about Anna, the technician. I was left with the satisfaction of knowing the repair was done well and appreciated our conversation. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. Called and showed up as expected and followed up in a very timely manner when the necessary part wasn't immediately available. Very good customer service all around. The repair cost was covered by my Maintenance contract but I was advised it would have been approx. $1300 to replace a circuit board in case anyone was wondering.

Furnace was running erratic and thermostat was changed. Really Happy with the service received and professionalism. Thanks

Arrival of technician was timely. He was pleasant and efficient and took the time to explain the problem with my furnance. He also provided me with some tips on how I could maximize the efficiently of my furnance.
