Very happy with Direct Energy. The service technician who came to the house was extremely courteous. Very respectful and was great at showing me and explaining the issue to me.

I was most impressed with the notice I got from Direct Energy advising me that I needed to book my maintenance appointment. As soon as I requested the service, I was given a time slot and date and your guy was there on time. He called to ensure I was ready for him and throughout the experience, he was very friendly and most knowledgeable. He explained things to me about the system and think I should check every year, Nobody has ever told me these things so now I have some idea of making sure I look after our investment. I wish I could remember the technicians name as he was just great and should be commended for his customer service... I was truly impressed. Thanks!

Both the representative who answered my call by phone and the technician Norm were excellent!! I appreciated such friendly and courteous telephone service, and that the technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. As well as being extremely helpful. You are fortunate to have such high quality employees who are ambassadors for your company.

The second time I called customer care I received excellent service. The representative explained everything very well. But the first time I called, the company's computer system was 'down' or overloaded, or whatever. I was promised a call back, but did not receive one.

Had Direct Energy replace rented hot water heater. Workers began arguing shortly after they started working at our house. Our home was under renovations and there were some complications that they got upset at each other for. I was worried they were going to start an argument in our driveway!!! These men were subcontracted by Direct Energy.

The service technician Paul was excellent. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and I was able to view the process through a camera system that certainly showed me how much we needed to have our ducts cleaned. I would definitely recommend this service and this technician to any of my friends and family.

Excellent service. The service technician worked hard to resolve the problem, provided detailed information on what he was doing. He returned on schedule when the required parts arrived and repaired the air conditioner. Bravo 5 stars
