Loris and Amanda were very helpful in getting the technicians set up, we had three technicians over 2 days to solve our air condition problems. They were all very professional. thank you

We were supposed to have a rental tank-less water heater installed. The installers checked the location and the salesperson indicated and determined that it was not suitable. They explained why and replaced the existing water heater instead. We are satisfied with the way it worked out.

The original technician who come to inspect the water heater recommended to have it replaced right away. The technicians who installed the new water heater were courteous, respectful, and made sure install was safe and secure.

The technician, Steve, is a professional when it comes to air conditioning. We would be very please to recommend him for his knowledge, skill, and positive attitude. Please say "thanks" to Steve for us. He "tweaked" our a/c to our complete satisfaction.

I was completely satisfied with all the service I received. But was surprised to have a technician for my air conditioning unit and one for my furnace arrive within a few hours of each other. Both were great tho!

I really appreciate the fact that the technician arrived exactly on time as scheduled... my time line was between 1 and 5PM and he showed up exactly at 1PM. That is important to me. The technician was knowledgeable and competent, he assessed the problem and fixed it as well as explaining what he had done and why. Very good communication skills. Additionally, I see that you moved forward with electronic orders/completion forms... good move!

The first time we had someone come for this problem he diagnosed it incorrectly. He did manage to get the heater going but a few days later the problem reoccurred so I scheduled another visit. Later that night I managed to get it going so I cancelled my appointment. The next day a technician came to my house while I was out. I called him to apologize for not being home and explained that I had cancelled my appointment. He asked what the issue was which I explained and he suggested he come by and check anyway. He made arrangements to be here in 10 minutes. He asked me some questions and this time he correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts. He was very pleasant to deal with and Direct Energy should have more just like him!

We have plans for the furnace and air conditioner for maintenance and you cant book online to get them together. However, when I called I got excellent customer service to have them done on the same day. It really was a pleasant experience.

Telephone call was pleasant and problem addressed in a prompt and courteous manner. Serviceman was professional, polite, and efficient. Problem was solved with expertise and service was restored quickly. Much appreciated. Thank you.
