    RWH Service

    Our interaction with Direct Energy was great! Initially we were deferred on our service time to the next day but as soon as my husband asked for same day service the CSR did their best to accommodate us. Excellent service!

    The rep was very professional and courteous. Took care of us promptly and also very knowledgeable. Thank you. The technician was great and very polite. He knew what he was doing in all aspects of the service call. Thank you again.

    Your service technician was very polite courteous and knowledgeable in his field. A second visit is necessary after the diagnostic test he carried out to fix the problem. The technician did a great job and explained what he was doing.

    HVAC Service, A/C and Heat

    Service was excellent. The service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained recommendations and how to connect with Direct Energy once the grading is complete at our home. I have no problem with this representative coming back to service the furnace in the fall.

    HVAC Service

    Enjoyed meeting Mohamed. However there is a plumbing issue that he could not address so we have scheduled a visit for next week. Thank goodness for the Protection Plan which we just initiated prior to the problem appearing. Also enjoyed giving Mohamed his first piece of rhubarb pie... winners all around!

    HVAC Service

    Aaron was my service technician. He arrived promptly, and did a very good job. He explained a lot of things to me about my service plan. He did a super job and made sure everything was in good working order before he left, If it is at all possible, I would greatly appreciate you sending him to my house next time I have a plumbing problem. Keep up the good work Aaron!

    HVAC SERVICE

    Had combined furnace and AC maintenance . Why did they originally schedule two appointment to my address , one at 11:00 for heating , and one at 12:00 for AC ? Note for process improvement - As you did in this instance , make use of one technician going to one address performing two tasks , rather than potentially sending two technicians to one address to do one task , each back to back . Excellent service technician . Polite , courteous and extremely knowledgeable .

    The call for servicing came directly from Direct Energy. We did not have to call to make the appointment, very impressed by this action. Service Technician was very nice and a polite chap.

    AC & furnace sale and installation

    The sales rep, Mike Abraham, compared packages and then suggested the best option for our house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient in answering the many questions we had. The two-man crew, Ted Groves & Sam Stantis, did an excellent job of installing the appliances. They were on time, methodical, cleaned the workspace when work was complete and courteous at all times. We would recommend Direct Energy to anybody who is looking for great service, value for money and good advice before such large purchases. We are also covered under Direct Energy's protection plans and I think that is a must for all households. Thank you all.

    Gas furnace and air conditioner not working.

    We had experienced a burning smell in the house and noticed the furnace fan was not working. We called Direct Energy and received immediate service. The repair-man showed up and discovered right away that we required a new fan motor. Not having a suitable one in his vehicle he inform me that he could go back to Direct Energy and be right back, that must have been 50 to 60 Km return. In no time he was back to our residence and installed the new motor. His work ethic was extremely professional. I would have been proud to having him work with me when I was in the military.
