    Brian and Ben, the air conditioner men, I cannot express how much I appreciated their attitude and work, they were just fantastic, courteous, helpful, and so efficient (and I must say that is generally how I have found most of your technicians). Thank you so much, everything is working fine!

    The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He explained the purpose of the work he did and made recommendations that might lengthen the life of the air conditioning unit

    The AC service technician was amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He had excellent knowledge of the service. He was on time and very diligent in handling the unit. We really appreciate his service and he is a true asset to your organization.

    I would like to commend the operator Denise, from my first call in for her conscientiousness and observance in the execution of her duties. I was also impressed with the technician Rob, for his knowledge and expertise, he explained how the updated high-efficiency furnaces work and helped us in an approachable way.

    Had duct cleaning by another company and was not satisfied. Your technician representative was very good in doing a good job and would for sure have him again and also recommend direct energy.

    home protectection plan

    Every time I call, they can not pull out my account info even though I gave them my name, phone number, address, postal code. It's unbelievable! They never update customer info and do not listen to customer's problem. Whenever I call, they transfer the line at least two or three times so that I have to tell my problem from the beginning again and again. Moreover, they do not arrange to send out a right person even if I told my problem in detail.

    A/C Direct Energy

    Had A DE tech come in to service A/C. Service is so inconsistent between the techs - one will give needed service and leave the next tries selling stuff we don't need or red tag. This guy says we need to move furnace pipe and change the water heater. Explain to me please why the last 30 techs from DE never said anything and left us vulnerable. for the last dozen years since we moved in.

    service plan

    received collection letters after bill paid, and without so much as a phone call first. $30.00/month for years for no services rendered and this is how you treat customers? Disgusting!

    new furnace installed

    I am a satisfied customer of the Direct Energy crew who installed my new furnace in a timely manner and were courteous and friendly. They also cleaned up all the mess after they were finished.
