When I called about furnace not functioning, I contacted Direct Energy about service. I was advised that the next appointment available was in two days. I received a call back within 10 minutes advising a technician would arrive that day. Within thirty minutes a technician was at my door. Fast, efficicent and excellent service. Very happy!

The customer service representative called me to schedule the maintenance service for my air conditioning unit as I do have the protection plan. It is great to have that phone call reminder from customer service. I was also very pleased with the service technician. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

The technicians were very approachable. Explained in detail my new thermostat several times and I understood everything. I am looking forward to having the same technician back to my home to install my new gas furnace.

We had Direct energy come to clean our ducts I need to tell you I have more damage to my floors than what it cost to have the ducts cleaned . The person kept running in and out of the house with his dirty shoes and the long hose has scratched my hardwood floors . The dirt that was left over now has me cleaning up for 2 days . DO NOT USE THEM !

Angelo arrived within the 4 our window that was my appt. He was clean, put on booties, polite, explained to me my problem and why (leak, old house). He fixed the situation and showed me what to do in order to shut off the valve for winter and open in summer. He was patient in giving me the instructions and had me repeat what to do. I have a plumbing contract with Direct Energy and Angelo came to correct the leak.

I signed up with Direct Energy a couple of years ago for a furnace maintenance plan and have not regretted it. They have always been extremely professional, it's easy to set up an appointment and the service man was extremely proficient and pleasant. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!!!!
