Service tech was prompt, courteous and most important knew his stuff. Had good discussion and scheduled a sales meeting during which I decided to upgrade the furnace. Cost below includes changing the furnace.

I will never deal with this company again. I am disgusted that they continue to charge us for a water heater we no longer had for over 2 years and after many complaints about they offered to charge me another $150 to stop the charges. So I had to pay over $500 for a water heater we never used and they would have let us continue paying for the rest of our lives instead of dealing with the problem from the beginning. What a horrible company. I don't understand how they can get away with such unethical behaviour?

The service was finished well and the technician was prompt experienced and responsible to a point. Then when asked questions related to a field he said he was well versed in gave some incredibly silly responses so even though I was pleased with the company they should be more aware of the attitudes of subcontractors they have working for them.

I called to cancel the plan last May. I was told I have to wait till November at end of term. Last October, I called the service and was charged the visiting fee. I called the customer service many times and complain I was charged both plan monthly fee and visiting fee. They don't want to refund the service visit fee because I called to cancel last May. Actually, I cancelled the plan last November. I think twice before I join any plan now.

Very knowledgeable service representative - they understood what the issues were, and offered helpful options and suggestions to resolve them. They were very friendly and personable, a great ambassador for Direct Energy.
