    Protection Plan / Annual Furnace Maint.

    Very professional SUB Contractor on behalf of Direct Energy came to complete maintain on my 17yr old furnace.. was professional and in and out in 45 mins. FREE Maintenance as part of the Protection Plan. ($75.00) if not enrolled.

    "Anita,Serv.Rep.answered my call(12:54PM April 11, 2014). She had a very pleasant voice and she showed genuine concern about my problem.I liked her. She booked an appointment for a technician at my house between 2-6 today.At 1:54 PM the technician called and said he would be at my place in ""15 minutes or so"" He arrived on time and asked ""show me where the problem is"" Randy was very likeable and knew his stuff. He gave me some helpful hints. Overall I'm very pleased with everything."

    The service required was for an emergency furnace replacement. Both the Energy Management Consultant Alan Crost and the Installers Tod and Rick were top notch. All were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They make a great team and are a credit to Direct Energy.

    Waiting to get the booklet to see if I made the right choice, I do wish that you covered the microwave that's built in above the stove!! I am really pleased with your other protection plans

    I have enrolled in your 16.49/mo offer yesterday and awaiting for my package of coverage coming by mail. The technician that visited out home on a service call yesterday has previously visited my home a couple of years ago. He is the reason I signed up for your warranty program and I hope you will acknowledge him for his outstanding work.

    Hot Water Heater Service

    I recently had a service technician come to my house as we did not have hot water. He was quick at troubleshooting the problem, was very friendly and courteous and was quite efficient at fixing the problem. Excellent service.

    I actually signed up for the plan as a result of talking to your service rep, Dave. He was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Understanding that you do have limitations, the only thing that could have been improved go forward is the time window on the appointment could have been narrowed from 4 hours, to say 2 hours. Thank you very much

    Your service customer representative offered a choice of appointments on the same day. Kamal, the technician, called before coming, and obviously knew his job well. He was done in few minutes, and explained how the water tank works, and answered all my concerns. From the first call to the service, all well done. My neighbour commented that she called for Direct Energy service in the past and was also very satisfied. Thank you.
