All of the service teams that came in on Feb 28 were excellent. The furnace maintenance technician was the epitome of good customer service. He is a good representative for your company. He cared about my family's safety and came up with fast solutions and worked hard to help me. Thank you so much.

Brain not just finished replacing the problem motor, he also cleaned up all the hosts and provided useful information in a very generous way. He did an excellent job and finished up what supposed to be done by the annual maintenance service technician 2 weeks ago. Brain performed professionally and saved the company reputation. He earned my trust and respect, and gave me peace of mind. If it wasn't him, I would have switched to another provider right away.

The window provided was 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. However the service person showed-up at 2.40 p.m., which was very convenient for me, as I had other schedules thereafter. Problem was fixed within 15 - 20 minutes. Great Work.

The technician who arrived at my door was Richard. I was impressed with his knowledge, his courtesy, and the way he tackled the job at hand. The replacement staff were courteous, efficient and did the job well. Very little clean up on my part after job was done. That's appreciated considering the old tank was rusty. Only one thing, Direct Energy should have been proactive to replace the 24 years old tank.

I was extremely happy with the installation crew, who explained everything he was doing in great detail. They went out of their way to clean-up afterwards. “great service”. Price could be better (lol).
