Jim was by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable tech. I have ever dealt with. Extremely through and took his time to get the job done, it was not complete when he left due to having parts on order. You truly have a very reliable and valuable employee with Jim on your team!!! "The technician Jatinder was very polite and respectful from the time he entered our home to the time he left. He was very detailed in his explanations to what he did and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed when he said ""let me put on my booties"" before he even stepped onto the floor. I've had people come in with no respect for my floor or carpets from other business. Great job! Both Paula, manager and Colin the technician were excellent. Paula listened to my problem, which was serious since the furnace didn't work when we arrived from Florida exhausted. We were put up in a local hotel and the following day the problem was assessed. We were given some electric heaters to warm our house and the following day Colin came over with a helper and they fixed the heat exchanger. Well done to all. Ray. S. Stouffville

Great couple of guys who installed our water heater. They put coverings over our floors so not to track in dirt. I think they did a great job in a timely manner.

Kerry and Ben were both very professional and provided excellent customer service. They were both very thorough and I was very impressed. Never actually spoke to a Customer Service Rep as was referred to Consultant by Technician.

I had called about a broken furnace and a pilot light being out in the fireplace. The service rep I dealt with put in the call as two problems to be fixed. The call was completed quickly.(with in 3 hours) The technician was friendly, clean and helpful.The parts were available immediately. There was some mix up with dhow the call was dispatched. The Technician did not know he had two repairs. This required a second visit the next day.but both problems were fixed in a timely manner.and around my schedule.

The person who first came was there to do a routine annual furnace cleaning. Because he discovered that there was a problem with the furnace, there ended up being a second person who came to replace the part that was not functioning. Once he had replaced that part, he realized that there was a second piece that was not working properly, so he arranged for that part to be ordered, and returned the next day to replace the part. Both people who came to the house provided excellent service. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful (there were a couple of different options to consider, and they explained things very clearly). I have received a lot of service calls over the 30 years that I have owned my house, from a large number of different companies. I have never been so impressed as I was with the people who came from Direct Energy.

It was nice to hear that the gentleman that helped me understood my concerns....also, as a long time customer it would be nice to have better promo's for us ...not only new customers. Prevents customer leaving and possibly not returning.

The technician was great. He explained what he would be doing, how the unit worked and how to make adjustments also cleaned up after the job was done. Told me about the maintenance plan. Great job!
