The Service Technician you sent was excellent, a real asset to Direct Energy... it did not take him long to diagnose the problem with my furnace ... The two gentlemen who came to replace my hot water tank were very pleasant, explained everything they were going to do and did it in a timely manner. Great job!!

The tech who came found the problem immediately (it was electrical) but did not make me feel like an dumb for not thinking of that myself. He was definitely the best service person i could have had.

The service call was made by Roy with A. Marco Plumbing Ltd. probably the best service call experience with respect to friendly, knowledgeable service. Roy provided good explanation with respect to the work he was completing for us, tips on how we can better protect our home from future water damage and additional explanation on what is provided under the Direct Energy program we have with respect to plumbing. Great service!

The service technician was excellent... He explained to me what he was doing and why as well as provided great tips for daily/regular maintenance... Best technician I have had yet. Thank you... whatever training you provided to him keep up the good work... Very happy customer

Even though this appointment was originally cancelled by me and the technician showed up in error, he was extremely courteous and understanding. He did the service to my furnace so he didn't have to come next week (and we were both here anyway) and explained how we can get better/longer use out of the equipment. once again a great experience dealing with your technicians.

On March 3, 2014, I called for service as there was no heat. James, the service technician knew the problem right away by just listening to the sound of the gas furnace motor. Immediately he knew what had to be done. I was quite impressed by his work ethic and excellent customer service which he has provided and which was truly second to none. He was quite knowledgeable and qualified in his profession. I would surely like to have him back for service if I need one in the future. Simply put, I would highly recommend direct energy to a friend or relative. Well done, James and keep up the good work!!!

I didn't call for service. Direct Energy called me months ago to schedule the annual furnace cleaning. The April appointment was my choice as I didn't want them to come when the weather was very cold in case the furnace had to be shut down for any repairs. Maintenance

It was the third time my furnace broke down. It was Sunday, late night and very cold. A Direct Energy support worker was actually available to take my call and get a technician out to my house the next day. The technician was very professional, quick with the repair and informative about the efficiency and general condition of my furnace. I'm definitely convinced that i need to change my furnace before next winter. Over the years, the Home Heating Protection plan has been definitely worth it!!!

You should have more technicians like the gentleman that came to our home. I hope you take pride in the employees that are like him. Thank you again for such great service.
