I've called enercare for a billing dispute 4 times. They promise to resolve the issue but up to now is not resolved. I'm waiting for them to answe my call right now, already the 23rd minute on hold.

I highly encourage a maintenance plan with Enercare for furnace, AC and plumbing. Enercare is a trusted company and always take care of its customers. The best thing is that they would always remind you when the service for cooling and heating is due and would provide quality at a mutually convenient time at no cost unless there is something which is not covered under the plan.

Today, 2/16/2022 a new Enercare Technician named Hani has resolved and explained and demonstrated the reset steps very well on the same issue i had for the reason why i called for the same service a day before performed by another technician but issue came back an hour after..

Even when my yearly maintenance inspection turned to an expensive discovery the service person.. Chris .. turned it into a great experience. His delivery of this bad news was direct and he already had parts and installation set up for THE NEXT DAY!!! He called to advise of his arrival time.. arrived at 11 ..new part in hand.. and all was installed.. cleaned up .. and the hurtful bill paid by 2!!! He not only was efficient.. he was friendly .. made my difficult situation easy . Thank you Chris.

No hot water, called for service at 11pm and that was the hardest part, being on hold for over an hour on a Friday night! Set up technician to come next morning to tell us we needed a replacement, which he couldn't do at the time, so a bit of a wasted visit. 2 installers arrived the next afternoon, courteous, professional and friendly at same time. Conscientious of keeping floors clean and dry, and cleaning up work area. Explained before, during and after work was completed and was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I wish I remembered his name because I would highly recommend him to do work in the house again. Rental covered but because of age of water heater (20+), we had to pay for some extras needed to upgrade to modern specs.

We had a very professional experience from inspection to installation of Tankless water Heater Installers Joe and Steve were very knowledgeable , experts , polite and quick Their installation process was smooth It was wonderful experience working with EnerCare I would certainly recommend their services

My new hot water heater wasn't working - no hot water. Chris came out, checked out every aspect until he had discovered the problem, and quickly corrected it. Very friendly, personable, professional, and dedicated to finding the problem.

Enercare claims dept is rude, frustrating and a waste of time. When there's a problem, they don't answer phone calls and don't return them. They will give you the run around and unreasonable denials.

Excellent professional and courteous service technician. Outstanding work. Arrived on time. Followed all COVID procedures. Explained in detailed what he was going to do. I would definitely use this technician again.

Great attitude and job from serviceman. Very pleasant and told me the exact problem. He also did a follow up visit the next day. He came within the allotted time.
