From the first notice via email about a "possible" recall of a part for our rental water heater...service by Enercare was OUTSTANDING. Customer Service had high volume calls so was offered the option of a call back (instead of canned music!!!) I was called in less than 15 minutes where the serial numbers were checked, problem identified and a service call booked within 48 hours. The technician called 10 minutes before arriving...he was MOST professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally tidy!! EXCELLENT customer service...so very much appreciated!!

When purchasing extra service PLAN with enecare.ca/electrical and plumbing for the extra fee each month is well worth it. My new Enercare water tank had been installed using the air intake pipe from the furnace, I was unhappy with this and asked Enercare to redo the piping. Ryan and Liam, both very pleasant young men came and installed a new outside intake pipe for the furnace. The work was done with care and efficiency, I am very pleased with the result.

Very fast and professional install of new water heater. Came on time and were courteous plus protected the house.

I was charged for rental of water tank for 8 months after it was replaced with waterless water heater by Ontario Green Savings. When I called Enercare and asked about it officer told me that I will be reimbursed and transferred me to rental department. He probably transferred me to India. Woman called herself Olga (#3884) with terrible accent told me that I must return water tank and asked me all questions about Covid. My explanations that It is other company will return tank and my health is irrelevant she ignored. Never before I spoke with so rude person. After half an hour I finally was informed that I will not be reimbursed. Never ever rent anything from Enercare!

We bought our furnace and air conditioner from Enercare three years ago. Recently we were hearing loud noise from furnace. We could not get service appointment till 4 days later and tech diagnosed issue with motor. Furnace was still working prior to he arrival but stopped firing on e she left. However we were told part would arrive same day or next day but we will get a call to confirm that night. No call. So I called next day was told part should arrive by 5pm and then we can set up service. No part no call. Again I called in and was told it may still come that night but regardless will get call from Parts department if any issue. NO Call. Next day I called again and this time the person told me part supposed to arrive in a week. Biggest issue is they knew this from beginning why not tell the truth so we could get space heaters. So we have been without heat for 3 days and looking at least another week. After spending 20k I would have hoped for better service and honesty. Now waiting on call for heaters what are odds they even call. If could do it again would buy my stuff elsewhere as I doubt others would take 2 weeks to fix issue.

Had a possible recall on a water heater control panel but the tech. arrived on time checked everything and gave us a full report that everything was fine. We have the Enercare home plan so it was covered under the warranty. We also have the Furnace (heat plan) which is a little pricey but having that piece of mind if the furnace breaks down in the middle of winter makes it worth it I guess. We have always had good technicians that we have dealt with over the years so I will continue to use them but I won't purchase the A/C plan because even if our old unit dies we can live w/o cool air for awhile.

The serviceman who came to repair our mixing valve that had been installed 5 days earlier was very knowledgeable. He recognized the problem immediately ............ a faulty valve, and replaced it. He was extremely pleasant and worked quickly and cleanly. Our full praises go to him. In response to the next question regarding prompt service, my answer was negative because it took 5 days to get a repairman to our house. If the leak from the valve had been stronger, we could have been in serious trouble.

Excellent service and products. I have a rental hot water heater and needed someone to have look at it. The service technician was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly (and patiently). I also bought my furnace and AC from them 5 years ago and they have been working great.
