    A/C repair

    A/C was not keeping the house cool. My technician from Enercare, Wilson Arantes did a through review (both inside the house and outside) and figured out what was wrong and fixed it. House is nice and cool.

    Furnace maintenance

    Every year I have my furnace cleaned and checked before winter. I like that the technician was friendly and thorough in his work. Very professional. In all the time I have been a customer of Enercare, I have never had a problem with them.

    Good service

    Good service. do not have to wait long for an appointment. Easy to set up appointment over phone. Do not have to pay, as I rent equipment from Enercare Home.

    Furnace maintenance

    We just had our furnace maintenance with Grant, we highly recommend him. Today he informed us that we might need a new furnace but would try and fix the problem. Unfortunately our furnace is old and he was unable to do anything. He provided us a technician that is experienced in furnaces. He didn’t have to do that but that is just how he is. Grant goes the extra mile to help his customers. Thanks again Grant. Phyllis Mastrofrancesco

    A/C and furnace installation

    Very happy with everything from my initial call to installation. Enercare was fast and professional and followed covid safety protocols. I felt very comfortable having the technicians in my home. Excellent work and professionalism. Great value!!

    Dishwaser

    Enercare turned in to the worst services. Long waiting times, have to call many times until they send technician, lousy repairs. They only quick to sell meaningless protection plans or overpriced equipment. Waiting for almost 1 months to fix dishwasher. They just collecting my home protection plan money and do nothing. "Fixed" washer but in fact in fact did not. After my complains, they said its unfixable, buy new. There plumber was unable to fix leaking sink, because drawer in the way and he would not remove it. I fixed it myself without removing it. Gave price for new air conditioner overpriced by over 30%.

    Hot Water Heater Replacement and installation

    Because the work done here was Great, they were both careful and Professional in their work and manners, the work done was Great here, two gentleman from Enercare came by to replace the hot water heater for a new one, some pipes were changed and the hew hot water heater was installed, care was taken althrough the work being done. I would recommend them both to anyone wanting this work done, home or business. I have been wanting to say and or leave a feedback about how great the work done here is, it was due to the two gentleman that come by to do all the work and they did it exceptionally. Thank you.

    Water Heater Replacement - Covid Protocol

    Concern with your company's covid protocol and service. -Two technicians came in this morning - one was not wearing his mask (only around his neck). -Walked into the residence with shoes on / did not cover the walk path. -Work triggered house alarm, when I was dealing with the alarm code, one technician came to talk to me to see what's going on without maintaining physical distance and without a mask. -Floor area around water heater is uncleaned when done. -Not happy.

    Enercare doesn't care!

    Enercare does not care about their customers and protection plans are a joke! I had protection plans renewed in Nov. 2019 and was planning on selling the property in spring 2020. At any time signing up or renewals its all done by phone I am sure I discussed the fact I was planning to sell my home and if warned I would be responsible to pay for a full year contract I would have not renewed. Now response is that I should know the contract cancellation policy but this was not disclosed on the phone or sent to me. On top of that, I was double billed from Nov. to May calling monthly with reference numbers 30588996 &31098857 so it took them 6 months to correct the error but they still kept taking money from my account all along even though one agent said they would put a 60day hold on collecting more payments and that was not even done. Now I have sold my property and they want me to continue to pay for 3 more months on these protection plans and the new owners nor I can use the plans so what am I paying for! These plans are a joke as the few times I did call it was always the same excuse that the plans don't cover what needed to be done. I don't recommend any of these plans unless you have money to throw away for nothing in return.

    Air Conditioning Repair

    The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to us what was needed to fix our AC. It 38C outside and the tech had the AC up and running in no time. Thanks again for the great work!
