I have dealt with Reliance previously and I would not recommend them. Todd the salesperson from Enercare was a very nice chap and professional. The installation team Fantastic, Kurtis Roy, and Kevin Crowe were very professional and they have kept us informed of all the tasks.

The technician did a great job in checking and servicing my furnace and air conditioner. He was very polite, and answered all our questions. He brought our attention to things we were not aware of, - and we were able to have the problem solved the same day. Thank you very much.

The air conditioner provided only minimal relief in the recent extreme heat nights. Clearly some thing was wrong, and I got a technician visit within one day of requesting it. The problem was identified early in the visit, it was fully explained, and the defective part was replaced. The technician was very professional and attentive to our needs, including repair of the thermostat that was not part of the original job request. It is difficult to imagine a better service!

They were polite, efficient and considerate workers. Left no mess. Completed the air conditioner installation, inside and out, well within the time frame, followed rules of distancing, and wore protective face masks.

Our air conditioning was not working so I call and I was offered an appt. 3 days away. With our mother being a senior with breathing issues and the terrible heat this was a long time for her. I call again the next day and one of the most helpful people guided us through the process and was able to get us the next day. We have been a customer for many years and this was the best service we have had. Special thanks to Shasafali Ram for exceptional customer service. Now for the water heater...we have gone back and forth with trying to get the correct water heater in our home for the last month. The excuse was the planning dept. had to call. I must have called a dozen times and always the same. The same customer service representative made some calls and the plumber is coming the next day. Another thank you to Shasafali Ram!

I booked an appointment with and Enercare Air Conditioning specialist Tues 14th. I was here at the time he asked me to meet him at my home. He came through, inspected my home for Ductless AC. He talked to his "boss". I agreed to pay for pre-inspection. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE. Based on my previous experience with Enercare Annual Service contract I guess I wasn't surprised. Don't waste your time with these guys if you know what you want and are serious. Tim Turcott

Overall great experiance but have never bought a furnace or air conditioner so not sure on that aspect of business. Other wise very very good. Tech was amazing, sorry forgot his name. Air and furnace servicing. Very thorough cleaning on both.

AC unit (under warranty) was blowing non-cold air. Last week there were several days where the indoor temp was warmer than outside. Shawn from Enercare did a great job getting us up & running again.

With protection plan and 10 years as a customer they are leaving me with broken AC since July 6 until now July 14 in a week with 40• temperatures my dog died last Saturday with heat stroke
