I do not normally write many reviews because I frankly don't find the time to do them. Occasionally I write good ones but practically never write bad ones simply because I try and just move on from the negative experience. BUT with this company I thought I needed to let you all know that this company is a seriously horribly run and terrible company. They WILL rip you off...or at least they will try. The way hey seem to do this is by hiring lovely people who do the installs and they are in fact very good, I have used them many times. However, the company itself is fundamentally designed to rip you off, from the beginning of the contract which will change all the time, to the end of the contract when you are trying to leave and it seems like they make you go through purgatory! I seriously seriously recommend that you look elsewhere and in the end find ANYONE to buy your equipment from - do not rent! Look at the other reviews and you will see that they are repeatedly slated for trying and in many cases succeeding in ripping people off! I will NEVER return to this company and hope you don't either. For any one who is happy with them, they have succeeded in hiding their dishonesty from you. For all of the engineers that work for them, I apologize to you - you guys are the reason they are still in business and thanks for your good work!

The air conditioning stop working at night - I had called around 1 PM, and I was surprised to have somebody taking care of our issue, and booking an appointment that very day The technician was very good, respectful, and answers all questions in a very friendly manner Since we had the protection Plan, it did not cost us a penny; and additionally, they performed an overall maintenance to the Air conditioning Outstanding service!

Arrived on time. Very friendly and wore a mask. Sanitized all handles that he touched. He explained everything he was doing, while also giving input on the installation of the furnace . Informed me of proper upkeep and let me watch how to clean the air conditioner! Would definitely recommend this service .

I called explaining that my home insurance required me to have a new rental hot water tank to be insured for any water damage. I called and the replacement request was quick and easy. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. I was very happy with their quick and professional service

Samuel for the A/C was a very cooperative, friendly and respectful, professionalism is very good, Mike was servicing my Home furnace, he was also very informative and professional, very good in respect of personal behaviour. wish them best in the professinal excelence. I want an estimate to upgrade my Furnace, need a quotation and lead time.

If you ever want to stop the service plan, good luck. If sold your house you will not get the rest of your money back . you will be charged anyway. Completely unethical.

We have over the years had exceptional service from your techs..recently Doug and Matt and also your management consultant Michael ...today we had our AC and hot water heater changed out...the techs were polite and took care not to make a mess...they cleaned up perfectly and explained the new installation and answered all our questions....keep up the great service we will continue to be happy Enercare customers

I have used Enercare for regular maintenance of the furnace and A/C. There have been no problems with either appliance, and the technicians have always explained what keeps these in good repair. Recently I noticed a leak from the condensate pump, and after assessing the problem, this part was replaced as part of my maintenance plan. Peace of mind through the years and now, excellent delivery of service promises. Worth the annual cost. Dependable service, prompt, friendly & professional service personnel.
