    Furnace issue

    The tech did things the right way and troubleshoot well. Very good experience and must have service. The service time give in emergency stiuation was simply amazing - within 30 minutes of the call.

    Horrible company

    They don’t call you back their installers come to your home with a horrible attitude. No assessment at all and just provide pricing. Angry reps and installers. I would b careful should they get violent

    Furnace servicing

    I pay a monthly fee of $27.99 in case anything goes wrong in my tenanted building with the furnace there. This also provides me an annual maintenance. This is great because I live out of town and there is nothing like a furnace breakdown in the middle of winter when you can't find service and you can't make it to Toronto! The service people, especially in the last few years, have been knowledgeable and friendly. In years past they were not so nice to the basement tenants but that has changed. But so have the tenants!

    Great Service by Enercare

    I have had their protection plan for years and feel the value is exceptional. I would never be without it. They are always there for me when I need them. This year I even purchased a natural gas generator from them as back up for when the power goes out. Thank you Enercare

    Furnace installation

    I was very impressed with the service I received from the team at I was I I I was very impressed with the service I got from Enercare. The sales consultant, Aaron, drove to my house in a snowstorm and on his day off to meet with me after my furnace died suddenly. He didn't want me to go any longer than necessary without heat. The installers, TJ and Darryl, were punctual, polite, respectful of my home, friendly and efficient. They went the extra mile in every way. They got my new furnace installed quickly and left everything clean. The only reason I didn't score this a 10 is the price. I didn't have time to shop around but some of the friends I've spoken to feel I may have paid too much for the new furnace. I would advice someone to shop around if possible but would recommend the customer service at Enercare 100%.

    Routine Furnace Check/Vacuum - Exceptional as always!

    Lee, our technician, was professional, courteous and friendly, helpful, efficient and gave good advice regarding purchase/rental options when we are going to look at a new furnace in future. We have always had good experiences with Enercare representatives and technicians - never a bad encounter in all the years we've used this company.

    Very Poor Customer Service

    I just had the worst experience when I called in to ask about some additional protection. Nathan was extremely rude, was yawning on the phone, said "what" a few times, no professionalism. I asked him to slow down when he quickly read all the fine prints which he was not happy about. I got so much attitude from him. It was terrible. He disagreeed that his customer service was poor...defending himself to say he was employee of the month. How is that possible? I'm surprised that Enercare would reward poor customer service. You need to listen to your employees phone calls. Mine was at 1:24pm...if anyone even cares. Nathan ended up hanging up the phone on me.

    Reliable

    I don’t normally post experiences that I have had but this one is so worth it. Two years ago,our furnace broke down. Replacement cost over 10000. Wasn’t going to happen. We happen to have a plan with Enercare so we called them to see if they could help. Sure enough that same day they came over showed up the crack which was very visible and unsafe. We advised them that we did not have the funds to get a new one so they had told us they could install one and that the service fee would come on our Enbridge bill. Very very reasonable. So we said ok. Since it was winter and very cold, they brought us a bunch of heaters for the night and the very next morning showed up with a new furnace and installed it in less than two hours and took the other one away. Since we already had a service plan with them, we never have to worry about it again. After a few months we received a call asking us how things were and also told me about other plans they have. At first I was reluctant but since the service for the furnace was so good, we opted in for the plumbing plan for a few more dollars a month. Well I have to tell you that it was well worth that 3 dollars extra a month. We had serious plumbing issues with our septic one time which they came and fixed promptly and then just a few day’s ago we had more issues with one of our sinks. Once again they came right away and fixed the problem. Again no charge as we had the plan and of course the service was excellent. So now I have all 4 services. Electrical, plumbing, furnace and hot water tank and also AC. For 29.99 a month and never have to be worried about cost , it is so well worth it. I would highly recommend them to any home owner. Customer service is outstanding and they are good on their word.

    Maintenance Service on my Furnace

    This company is exceptional. They reminded me that my service was due, I was able to book an online appointment. They met the window that I chose. They called me they were on their way. They were professional, did not mess up my house. Cleaned up gave me a report.

    Furnace motor

    Weather was dropping quickly when the gas furnace tripped the breaker and shut down. It had to be something electrical, that much I new. We called Enercare and scheduled a technician to come out same day. It was one of the two motors in our 12 year old high efficiency gas furnace that required replacing. We had subscribed to their service and maintenance plan several months earlier and the $600 repair cost us nothing. I'll be renewing the service plan! Frank
