    Furnace repair

    I came home to a very cold house on Monday. I contacted Encare and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The Technician arrived within the 4 hour window period; he was able to identify the problem immediately and repaired the furnace ASAP. The best part was that the entire service was covered within my "Heating Protection", hence no additional costs.

    Service and safety inspection

    Suresh was my service and safety inspection technician. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I never has a technician that inspected my furnace like him before. He explained in detail what he was doing and why he was doing it. Excellent inspection!.

    No Heat for 4 Days ... and On-Going

    Without HEAT for 4 days now... and ongoing. If you read Enercare's facebook reviews/guest posts, there are MANY people explaining the same type of stories. - each day, a part is supposed to arrive; it does not - no one has any idea where the part is; what happened to a tracking #? - was provided with 2 space heaters for 2000 sqft house (laughable solution) ... and only one works! - have to continually call in to get any sort of communication; no one taking control of the situation to resolve it Cannot believe a company that deals with helping to provide HEAT during a Canadian Winter is able to operate like this.

    Furnace maintenance

    Grant Harris came in our house in Richmond Hill on Dec 27 2019 for maintenance appointment and did an excellent job, he look after every potential issue in present or future. We really appreciated his job and recommendation.

    great service

    when I called customer service I didn't need to wait for an hour and listen to the music, I was promptly connected to a rep who was very polite and attentive to my special needs. The appointment was scheduled at the time convenient for me. The service guy came in time and also was very polite and very experienced. He figured out what was wrong with the furnace in no time, fixed the issue and stayed didn't rush out right away but waited until we saw it was really working. He patiently answered all our questions. Great service.

    Great service

    We needed to have 2 service calls, both fellows where very professional and did an excellent job. It was not the first persons fault the part he put in was defective. The second fellow was very kind and helpful.

    Hotwater tank

    Nicholas, very pleasant, Great listener, very informative Very professional and knows his stuff. He was very thorough and examine analyzed every part he made sure that every part was working the way it's supposed to.

    Plumbing repairs

    I have Plumbing Protection Plan, which has paid for itself, year after year. I keep thinking that I should cancel. What else could go wrong? We have a large, old house and there is no way that we could keep up with plumbing repair. Something always go wrong. Enercare is always there to help. Fast, friendly and efficient technicians and service.

    Yearly maintenance for furnace, paid for monthly.

    Fast friendly service. Zach was very professional and clearly answered all of my questions. He also put the cover back on the furnace components and set the humidity knob at the right spot to get rid of the moisture on my windows on the main level.

    Didn't honour contract, and doesn't care

    Six months ago, on June 2019, we replaced both our furnace and A/C with new ones from Enercare. Before signing the contract with them, they offered us 2 (two) prepaid credit cards, $500 each, as part of the deal. More than two months later we received the first of those cards. However, we NEVER received the second $500 card. Starting in early November i.e. 5 months after the contract had been signed, we contacted the company at least 5 times over the phone. Each time we were told "There's nothing I can do, I will escalate" or "We will investigate" and for us to call 3 days, or a week later. They never reached back. I also tried by email, never got a response. I also called the salesperson and was told to text him the information. He then provided someone else's extension, whom I called and never called me back.
