Six months ago, on June 2019, we replaced both our furnace and A/C with new ones from Enercare. Before signing the contract with them, they offered us 2 (two) prepaid credit cards, $500 each, as part of the deal.
More than two months later we received the first of those cards. However, we NEVER received the second $500 card. Starting in early November i.e. 5 months after the contract had been signed, we contacted the company at least 5 times over the phone. Each time we were told "There's nothing I can do, I will escalate" or "We will investigate" and for us to call 3 days, or a week later. They never reached back. I also tried by email, never got a response.
I also called the salesperson and was told to text him the information. He then provided someone else's extension, whom I called and never called me back.
