    Amazing Enercare Etobicoke team, very efficient

    What Can I say? Enercare Etobicoke team is highly responsive and very efficient. Manager John is leading a great team! John, Vic, and Sean, they are all so helpful... Thank you all :) I finally will have a warm Christmas since I moved in 2 and a half years ago in this house!

    Water Heater Rental Exchange

    Hot water wasn't working properly so called Enercare to come and take a look. We were impressed with the high level of customer service each and every step of the way! From our initial call with the customer service rep to the technician sent out for inspection and finally to the plumber and installer who came and replaced the water heater tank. From the time we called in it to having it replaced took less than 48 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and moved a cabinet both out of the way prior to installing and back into place once they were finished installing. Great all around service.

    Continues to charge deceased client

    My father passed away in August of this year and we advised Enercare, for the first time, on August 20, that we needed to have his protection plan terminated. Since then we have sent numerous other emails, several phone calls to the service department and sent 2 death certificates on 2 separate occasions and we are still getting charged via the Enbridge account for these protection plans. The latest just arrived in rhe December bill. With every contact we are assured that, "We'll look into it straight away" and yet Enercare continues to bill a deceased individual!

    Annual service + ordering & installation of new furnace part; installation of new water heater.

    During the annual servicing of our furnace on Thursday, Reza noticed that a part was about to break, so he ordered a new part and came back Friday to install it. Apparently he missed a step, because although the furnace worked, after he left it warmed the house to well above the thermostat setting. That evening we turned off the electricity and, after a brief consultation with Enercare, telephoned Enbridge about next steps; Winston came, turned off the gas and explained that Enercare should send a technician to solve the furnace problem and bond the gas line. Mohammed came Saturday, solved the furnace problem and recommended that we take advantage of a current offer from Enercare to rent to us a new water heater (at the same rate that we were paying another company for our 10-year-old water heater, plus providing a handsome rebate); the installers would be able to bond the gas line to the heater at the same time. Sure enough, Matt and Ryan arrived Sunday with the new heater, installed it, bonded the gas line, and took away the old heater, leaving us very satisfied.

    Furnace yearly maintenance

    Ralph was friendly, pleasant and informative. Called before he arrived and was on time. I was very pleased with his experience and knowledge. Thank you, Ralph. You were a pleasure to deal with.

    Furnace malfunction

    Great customer service - the technician went out of the way to fix a switch that was causing the furnace to malfunction. This was important as this was the day a winter storm was coming. The house was already cold. The fixing of switch was not in the plan. He went out of his way. Thanks

    Simple job done quickly and on schedule

    The technician came near the start of the time window so I did not have to wait around a long time. He handled the problem quickly and answered my questions. I did not pay because I am on their service plan.

    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    All covered under our plan. Technician was polite, clean, professional, was able to answer questions, calls ahead and is quick. Nice to see in this day and age. Sometimes we get the same technician the following year but not always.

    Yearly furnace maintenance

    On regular yearly furnace maintenance plan. Technician Paul did a very thorough, systematic, analytical work, testing every source. Was very helpful, courteous, explanatory, representing great professionalism. Manager Randy joined in the work with his outstanding knowledge, skills, truly cordial. Have been receiving steady high quality service from ENERCARE. 3 x high five !

    Furnace Mainteance

    I have used Enercare for maintenance on my gas furnace, AC and gas fireplace for several years. The personnel is professional, knowledgeable, well trained, explains and answers questions. I recommend Enercare for maintenance.
