I was originally sold a "complete" heating, cooling and plumbing protection plan package and when I called to have my gas fireplace inspected for some issues we were having with the pilot lights, they claimed that fireplaces are not covered and that there is a separate "plan" for that specifically. Additionally, when I asked to immediately terminate the coverage plans, I was told I had 8 months remaining (on the monthly billed plans) and that I would have to continue paying for the next 8 months. It should be known that I've been subscribing to the plans for 4 years. Stay away from these useless protection plans

on site tech was on time,courtesy,explained all aspects well,clean up was very good,we had this tech do the maintenance inspection,requested him to do the install of heat exchanger the day after which was big plus

Ben from Enercare has been servicing our furnace for a few years and we look forward to him coming and feel ready for the winter once he has arrived and finished checking everything out. It is nice to feel confident in having our furnace checked over, working and safe.

We had a $10,000 furnace and A/C installed in July. We were given a "free" smart thermostat. It took 5 phone calls and 4 months to finally get a technician to tell us that we have to sign up for a plan before we can use an app to program it. Otherwise we could only manually change the setting. Pretty useless really unless you want to pay for a monthly plan. Very misleading. We asked for a programmable thermostat in its place, which we finally got.

Enercare was easy to contact & made a timely appointment to service my furnace. HARDEEP the technician was courteous & wore shoe coverings even though the furnace was in basement. He explained the cause of the concern (leaky pipe). He showed me the problem & explained the repair process for me.The repair was made , test completed & then he also checked the air quality of my home. I was very pleased with the whole process & felt confident that my furnace was in tip top shape for the winter.

They started to send me two separate bills for the same water heater and after following up for a few months and wasting numerous hours on phone with them nothing happens. Some of the agents are rude and keep you on hold for 30-60 min without coming back to let you know if they are still working on it. Placed dispute once and nothing happened. Complained again and got a reference number and nothing happened after 2 months. They frustrated me so much and have no way to get them resolve the issue. Simply, I am paying double for the rental and no body cares.

Stefanie was a great tech, called ahead, very polite and did a great job. She informed me of everything she did, and what her findings where. so no worries for the winter.

Oct 4/19 we had our furnace, air conditioner,air filter, humidifier and water heater replaced. Mina and Shahab showed up on time and worked efficiently and very hard.. They were very helpful and took the time to explain everything. Left the work sight clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them!!!!

I have a product and service plan with the company Enercare. It is the most stress free investment I have made. I would recommend this company highly to any home owner. The technician are very profession and courteous. They always resolve you problem. Customer service however could be challenging at times if the person is not proficient in English

We had Jason as out tech today. Not only did he explain what he was doing he told me why. This is a great example of customer care, which is in very short supply in todays market.Well done.
