    Enetcare

    This company has the worst customer service. My heat was out and I have small kids they didn't even give us heaters. They couldn't fix the issue that day so they made us wait till they found a part and knowing it was freezing cold and I have 3 small kids. Even the customer representative on the phone was rude. I m so unimpressed and I will never call them again.

    Rental Water heater installation

    Water heater stopped working..Fast and clear communication. Excellent customer service said as it was a rental for many years-it qualified for a replacement! Great news. Servicemen came the next day and the guys were fantastic. Knowledgeable, fast, courteous. Highly recommended

    furnace service

    excellent service person; extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I was notified that the service technician was on his way. He was very careful regarding my home, he conducted himself accordingly. I would highly recommend this gentleman.

    Great tech staff.

    After numerous false starts and a complaint to customer service, the tech that showed up was excellent. He was fast, efficient and gave me a couple of great money saving tips!

    New furnace installation

    Furnace stopped working in middle of cold winter. Enercare came and assessed a failed heat exchanger, then sent their sales guy the next day. Due to time pressure and upcoming wknd, i had no ability to wait and get multiple quotes, so went with their recommendation for Carrier 59TN6 Infinity dual-stage furnace. A few problems: 1. They grossly overcharged me for the furnace, by at least $1500 as compared to other qualified installers (that i have asked recently) for the same product. This is already after the Carrier furnace rebate of about $700. And already after accounting for their overpriced labour protection plan that i purchased. 2. They installed the furnace using a 1-pipe system, same as the old furnace was. It is clearly recommended by many contractors to install high-efficiency furnaces with 2-pipe system, that prolongs furnace life and decreases cold air draft in the home. Enercare - never again! Their prices are not competitive, they overcharge for no reason, and do inferior work!

    Enercare Service call for humidifier

    The entire experience, from the service rep who answered our call and booked the service appointment for the very next day, to the 2 service techs, Greg and Pat, who came promptly within the 2nd hour of the 4 hour window was excellent. Both Greg and Pat were very knowledgeable and immediately set about solving the problem with our rental humidifier. I had foolishly attempted to address the initial problem myself and in so doing managed to cause part of the humidifier to fall down inside the duct. it was out of reach and I knew that I should not meddle any further and so did what I should have done in the first place, called Enercare. From the service rep who answered my call and booked my appointment for the very next day to the two service techs , Greg and Pat, who responded to our home, everyone was professional and helpful. The 2 techs retrieved the missing part from the duct, explained that the replacement pad that I had purchased from Home Depot was the wrong size and type and, since they did not have a replacement pad in the truck, volunteered to go to a retailer who sells these replacement pads and was located not far from our home. They did so and were back in less than a half hour. They installed the new pad, instructed me on how to do this in the future, gave me tips on how to properly set the humidifier so the it would properly add the right amount of humidity to our home and provided general knowledge on how a humidifier should work. They were always courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and, in my opinion, went above and beyond, in order to solve our problem. I would certainly recommend Enercare and in particular Greg and Pat to friends and family. It was a very positive experience. from beginning to end. Congratulations Enercare!

    Furnace annual maintenance and Hot Water Tank courtesy inspection

    Services included in the annual maintenance plan for a fixed premium so there is no cost for this particular services. Good service with professional and workmanlike manner. Crew were very punctual, on time, clean and proficient.

    gas hot water tank

    Needed a technician to diagnose why gas hot water tank, since parts are under warranty but not labour. Once I got the report, received part no cost, from manufacturer. Big sticking problem, unless the installing company gets part themselves. no one wants to install the part I received from manufacturer.
