    Cooling repair

    Dennis was very professional, he was thorough in his diagnosis of our cooling system, he set up the system to the most efficient operation and explained every step of his repair. I would definitely recommend him! Thank you Dennis!

    Repair of Cooling system after 7days in summer.

    Horrible experience as I have received technician appointment to repair cooling system after 7 days during this hot summer. Is there any need to continue Enercare customer? You have to wait 7 days to fix your AC. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. We all need to cancel the renewal of home maintenance.

    Air conditioner repair and maintenance

    Repair and maintenance guys were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They also worked well as a team to get the problem resolved. I would recommend them to anyone. 285 Bloor street. West Oshawa.

    Air conditioner service

    Excellent service and the service technician was Colin. He was prompt. He knows his job. Got right to job and found the problem went to his truck for parts. Installed the parts and put the cover back on in record time.

    Water heater replacement

    Water heater was not working , enercare responded to phone after 2.5 hours , sent a staff to diagnose the complete damage after 2 days , they sent the installation staff to replace water heater after 5 days , the staff are not professional , they left the main water drain pipe in furnace room open which caused large water leak , they left 2 condensation pipes which belong to furnace disconnected , they did not empty the water from the heater efficiently resulted in wetting of basement , worse service I have seen ever .

    Air Conditioner Service

    The technician did the inspection with care and patiently explained to me the results of his work, and why the motor of my air conditioner needed to be checked. He also took time to arrange right away another appointment for the motor check-up. He was friendly and conducted his job professionally.

    Service call to fix AC

    It has been 6 visits by the technician (and counting) to try to fix this issue. And all this while, the AC is off in the summer heat. There is no sense of urgency on part of Enercare to get this fixed as soon as possible. The long phone calls with customer care, taking time off work to wait for the technician, etc - what makes me mad is that I am obligated to pay the 1 year maintenance fees despite this level of service. A very frustrating experience. I will be cancelling all service contracts once they expire.

    AC maintenance

    Norm Rollin came to our house and did a great job for the maintenance. He also took the time to explain everything he did and help set up fans and vents to better cool the house. He explained what to expect when we change the furnace and AC. Thank you so much!

    Such a disappointment

    I was so thrilled when I called for a quote on a repair (that I had already paid someone else to diagnose) and I was told I’d get a free estimate, and could move forward with the repair on the spot if I wanted to. After taking a day off work and waiting for the repair person to show up (which he never did) and then being told on the phone that there was a note on the account he showed up and no one was home! When the repair person finally showed up (9 hours later) he stated it would be between $1500-2000 to find the leak and repair it, and it wasn’t worth it, and he wasn’t legally allowed to just fill the unit up with Freon but I could find someone on kijiji to do it, and get through the summer. After he leaves, I received a bill for $115. I called customer service and they advised there are no free estimates, and they would play back the call and determine if I was actually told it would be free. Fast forward 1 month and I just received my enbridge bill - with this service charge! I call back again and I’m told they see the notes on the account, but no one has gone back to hear the recording. I am beyond upset! This charge will now be automatically deducted from my account next month, and it’s not fair that I was told this would not be a charge to me! What a joke.

    I placed a phone call. Explained the problem and within an hour a gentleman by the name of ZAW came and fixed the problem in no time. Wonderful and caring people like Zaw restored my confidence in Enercare.
