    Furnace Installation

    Excellent service for installation of furnace. Technicians, Mike and Berkan, arrived on time and began work promptly. They ensured our carpets were well covered for the back and forth that was required for the installation. They were quiet, professional and finished the job well before we expected. They left everything clean, and explained whatever we needed to know. We are very happy with our choice in selecting Enercare and having such wonderful technicians to the work. Thank you to the Area Manager, John, for stopping by and checking on things mid day. Marc, Consultant, was also helpful, on time and very nice to deal with.     Hot water heater

    John checked out our water heater today (at our request). He was professional, personable and did not talk down to me about the results. He explained in words that I could understand as opposed to technical language and provided insight into some solutions. Thanks John!!!

    replace existing water heater

    Thanks to Adam and Sergio for their efforts to replace the water heater. They were very cordial, friendly and clean leaving the house as they found it. Many thanks to them both.

    Enercare furnace maintenance

    Excellent service. The technician found a problem that could have caused my furnace to need replacement. Instead, a part replacement is required. The technician made a temporary fix which will allow my furnace to function until the part is replaced.

    water heater fix/exchnage

    I have leakage on one of my water heaters. Called to Evercare. After a day appears "specialist" , who determine leakage from a plastic valve. Using pliers (instead of wrench) , he managed to break this valve and told, that water heater needs to be changed. to make story short- appears 2 other "specialists" . They made one of the worst jobs which I ever saw (pictures below) and chnarged me $90 for gas pipe replacement. I complained to Enercare and they send two other people, who made a decent job, but also told that charge was not right. Since pipes are part of water heater installation, and they do not understand, why he charged it. Immediately called to Evercare. They open case 289-993-84 . few representatives called me, and promised to deal with it, but finished with nothing. Latest one were Aby, who promised, that complain department will call me in 48 hours. It was 8 days ago. Do not deal with this company if you want a job done badly and charged unfair money

    Enercare Maintance Plan

    Technition was kind polite and very respectful. He even went over what he completed and not only was able to sell me a filter ,which is amazing as my disability and not being sure what size or how to install it properly all have stopped me from getting a new one in 3seperate attempts over the last month. He was so helpful showing me the correct way to install it and wrote the size down for me so I will not have any more difficulty getting a new one in the future.I appreciated how he took a few moments to explain the best month to book my a/c units pre season inspection.He was so knowledgable he was able to answer every question I asked.I was not only impressed that he offered to vacuum out my furnace of any possible buildup of dust inside the furnace, after my explaining these co-op homes have unusually high distances levels and I was further worried that since my own vaccume stopped working... that the area around my furnace could have a build up around it (as I forgot about his visit so did not get to even sweep the day or two before a technition arrived. He was gracious but more impressively after he left, I noticed he had even vacuumed around the outside of my furnace!Please pass on my appreciation for the kindness,attention to detail and highly qualified administrations of clearly highly skilled care of my furnace.As a person with disabilities I was able to avoid the usual nervousness I feel dealing with a stranger in my home. Your technition had such high levels of skill ,openness to accommodate questions and the high level of respect he treated me and my questions with, had me at a much higher level of trust and calmness I do not usually get to enjoy.He was very professional calling ahead for example to ensure a pleasant expieriance. So for all these reasons I would be happy to recommend and have pointed out to several of my neighbors why they also should look into the many perks and reassurances they likewise could enjoy if they purchased the same protective program I have with you.I pointed out how reassuring it is to know my family is safer and I am assured the lowest costs possible as my furnace is maintained at optimal running conditions via your program, as will my central a/c unit in the summer each year. They all liked how even with my tight budget having the ability to have the cost broke down to such a reasonable cost included on my heating bill makes this prudent program accessible for virtualy any budget.The peace of mind is priceless.Thankyou.

    Boiler

    Water Tank

    Spoke to enercare about cancelling service as I had someone put in tankless water tank. Was billed 1029 to buy out a 50 gallon tank that was three years old. Was told by several contractors that new tank was worth about 600. Asked for reduction in cost as I thought this was excessive. Previous owner had rented at 18 a month for three years so total cost would be closer to 1600 about 2 x amount of cost of tank. No flexibility with enercare. Company slogan should read we don’t care at enercare

    water heater repair

    Jay, our service technician, was professional, friendly and informative. He called an hour and a half before our scheduled window to see if it was convenient for him to come early, which we really appreciated. He explained to my husband what he was doing and was very quick. Thank you!
