The worst customer service
Avoid Enercare if you value a company that cares about their customers. Supervisors ignore multiple emails for call backs due to issues. Appointment times are changed at their convenience without consulting customer first. Their sales team trying to recruit customers for their maintenance package will say ANYTHING to get you signed up. Turns out I paid for a maintenance package I will only be able to use for my furnace. They won't honour the AC portion. I'll be cancelling my furnace maintenance appointment I've paid for because after the way I've been dealt with I don't want any of their technicians touching my HVAC system. I wouldn't trust any employee with my system. If they cold call you with a promo avoid them like the plague.
