    Double Garage Door Replacment

    Spring broke (not the first time) on our old wooden garage door that was here when we bought the house nearly 25 years ago, and we decided we really need to get a lighter door. Contact a few places but Dodds was by far the most responsive and we scheduled a visit. Were delighted to find a fellow countryman (South African) doing the sales visit. Walked us through our options professionally and explained the delays with COVID, and recommended we did not have a temporary fix as it would just be throwing money away. Installation was uneventful and no issues since. New doors are so quiet and no more fearing that things might shake loose in the rafters. Looks great from inside, and from the curb too.

    Dodds - garage door repair

    Fast, professional service. At first thought they’d be more expensive than others I saw online. Not the case as the others had hidden fees and charged more once all factored in. Also Dodd’s is well known and will be there if follow up is needed. Pleasantly surprised at the good value and excellent work. And thank you to the person who booked my service and helped me understand the costs and why I should use them. Would call them again.

    Garage door for newly built garage

    After doing some research and seeing reviews on Homestars we decided to get a quote from Dodd’s. Service was incredible. Due to time constraints we visited the office in Barrie on the way home from the cottage. The owner of that location was amazing and when I sheepishly told here we were actually from Toronto she had no issue and put us in touch with the local office. The founder of Dodd’s came by himself to do the measure and was very helpful in making the final decision and offered tips to keep cost from going over budget. Installation was easy as well. There was an issue on my builders side and I was concerned we would have to reschedule but it was sorted out and the installation went smoothly. The only issue was that during Covid everything was delayed but that was no fault of Dodd’s, just be prepared that everything in the building world is moving at a slower pace.

    new garage door

    It was a pleasure working with this company! Every person - customer service, sales, and the installers were professional and personable. I have already referred them to a family member who had just as great an experience as we did!

    Dodds garage doors

    Great job in quoting and installing. They look great. Paid by credit card and took them over 6 months to charge my card. Worst part is it was added to my Christmas bills so timing couldn’t have been worse. Other than that I’m pleased.

    New Garage Door

    Dodds lived up to their reputation. Stan listened to our preferences and provided options to match ultimately leading to the perfect door. It looks amazing. No false promises on time either. With the current status, we were advised of a realistic time frame for delivery. True to form the call came and the door was installed as expected. Using our existing closer, the door is quieter and sits tight to ground level. Well executed. Customer service has also been great. Calling next day to follow up on the install and offering to replace a trim piece that had a couple small nicks in it without hesitation or debate was refreshing. Highly recommend.

    Garage Door repair

    Thank you Paolo, service technician, from Dodds Garage Door Systems. The service was professional and very efficient, the cost of the repair was exact and appreciated.     Pleased with garage door.

    After making a review, Zack contacted me immediately and took care of a difficult situation professionally and quickly. We now have garage door. The two men who installed the door were great. Very happy with the company and out come. They still need a little work on their customer service end. Thanks again Zack for the quick action.

    Garage Doors

    Excellent sale person and excellent installer. The job was done with precision and the installer took time to explain each step of removing the old door and installing the new door

    Garage Door

    This company has been in business for many, many years and has won many awards. They have a great product, quality installation and tremendous customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone.
