called the company, they responded very well and were promt and courtious with there estimate and everything worked out fine they came and inspected the proposed project,discussed everything politely and arranged the perfect installation time

had to attend a meeting first thing Monday morning and rushed out to getmy car. Could not open the garage door! Called Dodds, related my story and they showed upapprox 45 minutes later, all prepped to solve my problem as I had related it to them. They opened the door, I grabbed my car and made my meeting, ontime! Dodds completed the job and dealt with my wife re inspection and of course payment. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The work was completed in record time, they left absolutely no mess, and the service and parts fee was very fair. We have recommeded Dodds to our friends whenever they needed garage door service. As far as we are concerned, "No one does it better that Dodds does!"

First time we needed some repair work and they were fast, efficient, economical and pleasant. Second time they installed a garage door opener. We were 100% satisfied on both occasions.

Dodds installed 2 new garage doors for us and they were on time and had the work done within a couple of hours. They were missing the bottom weatherstrip ping part but they came back when the parts came in and finished the job. It was a pleasant hassle-free experience!

We had Dodds install a new garage door (motor and rails). I would have to say we were happy with this. The issue arose when we tried to order an additional garage door opener. Between my husband and I, we must have called 6 times and it took 2 months for us to finally get one. I would be concerned about their service level. It seems that they are very quick to deliver on a high ticket item and very very slow to deliver on anything else!

This was a pleasant and painless process. We needed a new garage door, I wanted a wood one to go with the look of the house. I called Dodds, they sent a salesman, we made a decision, and voila! Three weeks later we had a beautiful new garage door and they took our old one away. It's wood, so came primed and ready to be painted. Painless and easy and I love the new door!
