    New Garage Door

    Job is well done. No hassle. I love my new garage door. It is exactly what I expected. Although it took 3 weeks longer to make the door than they originally told me but acceptable due to current Covid situation. I highly recommend this company.

    Hello, Dodds provided efficient and professional service. I appreciated them letting me know what they recommended to make the service call and repair affordable. The repair was completed the next day and it’s been working well ever since. Thank you

    Garage Door Spring Repair

    We moved into a new home, and a month in our garage spring snapped in half. After fighting with a broken spring at our old home for two years and trying to fix it ourselves, we decided just to call someone and have this one fixed. The lady on the phone was very helpful in explaining the cost of the service as well as answering my questions about the other services they provided (weatherstripping and replacing doors). We were able to have someone out to fix the door within a day of calling, and they were very efficient and polite. They were able to fix the issue and provide me information to answer my questions about longevity and reliability of the part they installed, as well as making recommendations as to whether or not we needed the doors replaced right now. I would absolutely recommend Dodd's for garage door service.

    Garage door new installation and order

    From sales to installation very professional all around. Had to wait longer because of covid but worth it. Mike in sales was a pleasure to deal with and install man was pleasant Job done in less than 4 hours

    Garage door repair

    Spring on garage door broke late one evening. Called Dodds next morning and by early afternoon my door was repaired. Very efficient service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

    Garage door repair

    Amazing and very prompt repair service from Dodd's!!!! I thought I needed a new garage door, but when the service technician came out to have a look, he said that he could repair it rather easily, and save me thousands of dollars. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and clearly very honest. When I do need a new garage door or a new front door or new windows, I will definitely use Dodd'd!!!!!!! Thanks for such amazing service

    Garage doors install Whitby

    I am a tradesman and this guy they sent was absolutely incredible, I would recommend this company to anyone, so professional and stayed on a Sunday until the job was done, also the salesman that showed up on a Saturday and took his time to answer all questions was excellent, thank you Dodd’s doors it’s refreshing to deal with such a professional company

    new garage door

    Update: Dodds did the follow up, and the job is completed very quickly. Everyone in the company is polite and the workmanship and product is great. I am happy with the end result. After researching online and neighbor recommendation, we finally decided to go for Dodds for our garage door. Order placed on May for the garage door installation and metal capping for the exterior frame. The garage door was installed two month after and it look beautiful, HOWEVER, from then the capping was NEVER finished. I have been waiting for FOUR months already. No matter how many times I called and email, no one come to finish the job. They keep telling due to the pandemic, they were very behind, I do understand it and was being patient, But then it had been half a year since I placed my order.

    My new garage doors

    Thank you Dodd’s doors for my new garage doors and openers. From the initial consultation with Stan to the conversations with the sales office team Angie, Denise, Donna, Etanna and Ornella, I felt that I was choosing the best company to have my purchase and installation. They were patient and professional and answered all my questions. Ryan you did an awesome job with the installation and Thank you Dan for coming out when I had further questions. Again because of the great customer service I received when I spoke with Angie, Ornella and the sales team I made my decision to go with Dodd’s garage doors. Thank you all Paulette Johnson Ajax

    Repair Garage Door

    Double car door, insulated, broke a spring on 1 side. Technician arrived, with the training, tools, parts and worked effectively to not just replace the broken spring but also ensure the entire assembly was corrected (2 springs), balanced and functioning smoothly. Appreciate the professionalism.
