We replaced 3 garage doors. Dodd’s provided excellent assistance in choosing the best options for us and the installation was extremely professional. The new doors looks great and are of very high quality. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the project and would highly recommend Dodd’s.

Broken garage door; we felt it was the one cable coming off the spool as it was wrapping incorrectly. Called to get a quote and explained issue - was told min 1.5hrs for labour plus parts. Labour for 1.5hrs is $135 plus tax. It turned out to be the spring - so that got replaced. Company then claims its a flat fee service to change a spring - despite taking less than an hr to repair the bill comes to about $350 yet company won't break down labour and part pricing. So basically this company is claiming springs cost about $180 - I doubt it. Company needs to be more transparent and not price gauge its customers. Would never recommend Dodds - they can't justify their price and the phone person seems to not care. They get a one since the tech did get the door working. He did his job - but company is another story; I wonder if others have been charged this fee to replace a spring.

Had issue with my garage door not opening or closing properly. Dodd’s answer all my questions and sent a technician right away. Friendly and efficient and fixed my problem. Would definitely call again and refer to family and friends. Thank you Dodd’s

I had an overall good experience with Dodds. There was good communication throughout, the installer did a great job and the doors look great. There was a long wait for the doors which we were told about. But the only hiccup was after the long wait the windows were not matching on the doors, which then we were told we had to wait another 8 weeks. This part I had to actually follow up weeks later and they came out the next day.

Dodd Garage were great! They came out to give us a quote , showed us multiple door samples. Explained their protocol. After so many weeks they came back to install the garage doors.. very professional. Had no problems with the company. This is actually the second time using them.

My cables snapped and damaged part of the mechanism and I thought that I would have to replace everything. The technician repaired the system and replaced the cables saving me money. Very professional, went over and above

Can’t say enough how pleased I am with Dodd’s from Sales, to Installation and their Office support. Most importantly, I love my new garage door! It’s quiet and it also has a light so I don’t have to fumble around looking for the switch light inside.

I contacted this company for a new installation and they responded quickly and the install was done in about a week. The installer was courteous, on time and professional. Highly recommend!

My 2nd door from Dodds 1st one more than 10 yrs and still no issues so we had them replaced the one for our townhouse and it looks like that will last a lifetime as well good quality doors and more importantly is how it was installed
