The spring broke on my garage door during pandemic and my car was trapped inside! I found Dodd's on internet. Within seconds there was a live person messaging me answering my questions. Within minutes we were talking on the phone making an appointment. Within hours (same day) my door was fixed and my car was freed at a reasonable price...while maintaining social distancing. Very happy!

Service was prompt and professional. We were very happy with the work and the fact that they did not push a new garage door opener on us, we were able to fix the existing - saving us money and the parts going to landfill!

Great company. Requested an estimate and got a phone the same day to arrange for a visit to take measurements. Received estimate right away after measurements taken. Installation completed within proposed timeline. I recommend this company to anyone looking for garage doors

Great scheduling and administrative Team - answered the call promptly, quoted and scheduled all on the same call. Service tech arrived on time (called 20 minutes before arriving) and did excellent work! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very professional and trustworthy!

Nice doors but the sales and delivery schedule where incompetent. Gave me a proposal with a full price for the job; then on completion billed me 10% more because they said they made a mistake adding up the cost and implied there arithmetic mistake was my problem....and no apology for there mistake......just bad business. They also indicated in their proposal that the delivery / install of the doors would be 4-6 weeks...it was more like 4 months. Had I not been mislead by their mistake I would not have purchased their doors at the 10% higher cost.

Had an issue were the garage cable(s) could not pull the door up. Searched through Google and found Dodds. Emailed them for a quote, got an answer 10 mins later and the price was good. Service was next day, technician came installed the new device, all in less than an hour. Great service will definitely use Dodds again for future requests. Thank you

Dodds initially installed the garage doors for us a few years ago. When we had an accident with one of the doors and needed repair, the repairman showed up quickly, on time and was very courteous. He gave me options and did the work on the spot. I highly recommend Dodds.
