    Garage torsion spring repair

    I have never needed maintenance on my garage door so I didn’t know who to call. Glad I called Dodds. My torsion spring broke and they came and fixed the next day quickly and professionally. It’s a double door and I had two springs. They advised me that one spring was fairly new and didn’t need replacing. (Not knowing anything about them they could have easily told me I needed to replace both and I would not have known any better) When a company explains and advises and gives you options then you know they are reputable. John was great and was in and out quickly. I will always recommend Dodds for any garage door work.

DODDS garage door technicians are NOT on commission so therefore at DODDS you will always only pay for exactly what is needed.

    Garage spring

    So quick and efficient! Thank you for fixing my spring and getting my garage working again! My spring just popped one day and I thought this was going to cost a lot and the headache. I called dodds and they knew exactly what to do and quoted me on the spot!

    Beautiful, Low Maintenance Garage Door

    Fast, efficient & friendly service. Forgot to screw in two bolts but another service installer arrived to remedy the problem within 1:15 hrs. Garage door & trims are easy to clean with a beautiful sleek design. Light and easy to operate and much quieter than my previous wooden garage door. Never have to worry about repainting the garage door again.

    Service

    Sales person helped picked out the right garage door and opener for my home, it operates extremely quite. The technician did a very neat job with the mechanical and wiring work. He also cleaned up his work area and no fingerprints on the door. Very hasppy with the installation.

    Installation of Garage door

    I decided to ask Dodds Garage doors to install a new garage door for me. Though the installation of the garage door was OK, the re-fixing of the existing garage door opener was a total mess. At one end the technician removed a part of the dry wall and at the other end he screwed the mechanism into the ceiling without finding where the studs were. He kept drilling holes hoping to find a stud. Within two days the garage door opener detached from the ceiling. The service person who came to fix it was not professional in the least. He kept drilling holes and then finally used 6 inch screws which were drilled at a slant thus cracking the existing light mount. When I contacted the office they said they would send someone to look into the matter but till date (almost 6 weeks ) no one has showed up. I find it strange that technicians are sent out without stud finders. Following my review on Homestars.com , I was contacted by the President of Dodds Garage doors. He arranged to send a technician to attend to my grievance. The technician came and patched up and rectified the earlier work that was done to my satisfaction. Though I am satisfied with the job done, it is sad that the President had to intervene to get the job done. Departmental heads should be more responsible in attending to customers grievances

    Fast, Responsive, Courteous

    Dodd's was called to repair a broken garage door spring. They arrived later that same day and they were expeditious to replace the screen and informative about the repair and my ongoing garage door maintenance. They did a great job!

    New garage door

    We had a new garage door installed. The quote was quick and fast. It took approximately 3 weeks for the new door to come. The installation process was quick and clean. I would recommend this service.

    Broken garage door spring

    Really professional and job well done in a timely way. After being worried about my car being stuck in the garage with a broken garage door spring, it really left me speechless. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

    Garage renovation

    Dodds was such a pleasure to work with for replacing my 2 garage doors. Their salesperson Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right kind of doors, which were actually installed ahead of schedule. Their installer was also very professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend using Dodds to anyone in need of a new garage door.
