    Busted Garage door

    After signing a contract for a $3000 garage door install, we expected perfection. Unfortunately what Dodds has provided is far from that. At install, it was discovered that two of the panels were catching on each other when opening. Not only creating a horrifying crunching metal sound, but also damaging the panels. No problem, it will be replaced, or so we thought. Almost a month later and zero communication (unless we initiate). “We will look into it and get back to you” Sure. They are also trying to only replace the top panel. When BOTH panels need replacing. When two panels are catching, clearly both are being damaged in the process. A whole lot of wasted time for a garage door we are afraid to use. I’m not sure how they get such good reviews. Those who praise them must have never had a problem with their door. Because good luck to you if you have an issue. Customer service is not a priority.

    Garage Spring Repair

    A spring on my garage door broke, so I shopped around to find the best company at the best price to get the job done. Dodds was professional and was the only company that would come on the same day (Saturday). Their price was competitive, professional call centre and excellent quick service from the technician. The technician also provide additional adjustments to help my door operate more smoothly along with maintenance tips which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Dodds.

    New garage door from Dodds

    From the beginning to the end of the process of ordering and having a new garage door installed, Dodds did a great job of getting me exactly what I wanted. My only small issue was the amount of time it took for the door to be ready, about five weeks. The quality of the door and the professional installation were great! Thank you.

    repair

    Our garage door wouldn't close properly, on an intermittent basis, after 8 years of perfect function (original install by Dodd's). The repair was done efficiently and effectively by a pleasant service provider.

    Garage Doors

    The experience was excellent, right from the initial contact, to the sales rep who visited our home and explained everything in detail (and with a smile) to the extremely professional installation. Great service, great product, great value!

    Garage Door

    The spring from the garage door came off causing the garage door to slam down. Door wouldn't open. Dodds responded to our call right away and quickly made an appointment to come over to assist. Great job, very friendly and professional.

    Garage door replacement

    Replace very old single garage door and install new door with aluminum trim to cover surrounding old wood mouldings. The crew came, removed old door and garage door opener and installed new one efficiently, clean, no mess left behind, nothing to adjust, it all looks and works perfectly!

    2 Garage Doors Replaced

    Our builder doors were looking worn and were extremely loud while functioning. The consultation was detailed and efficient, we were shown all of our choices and went with the Garaga door. The day of the install, the technician showed up on time, and proceeded to work quickly. When I returned home that night, the door, the flashing, and the garage door openers were all installed and looked great. We couldn't be happier with the work and the quality that Dodd's provided. Instant curb appeal!

    Garage door opener replacement averted!

    We have ongoing issues with our garage door opener. I called Dodds fully expecting to have to replace everything. The suggestions that I received from JP, over the phone yet - has got the garage door opener operational and I didn't have to replace anything! On top of that, he was prompt and courteous.

    Dodd's Garage Doors

    Great sales support and on site review of needs. Very happy with the installer who took the time to ensure everything was completed exactly as it should be. He even went and oiled up my three Dodd's garage doors purchased earlier. Awaiting response from Dodd's on shrinkage of side mouldings on original doors.
