Garage door & opener replacement
Dodds did a perfect job on our garage door & opener replacement from the first visit for the selection & quote to the flawless installation of all hardware & electronics of the new equipment. They also took away all of my old materials & left the garage completely clean & clear. Altogether, a very easy & professional company to deal with.

Garage door repair
We called Dodd's and spoke to a very reassuring Alan at 11:00 on a Saturday morning. We were desperate to get access to our garage, and Alan was immediately and completely supportive. In less than an hour after calling, we had someone at our home fixing the door (we needed a new spring and new cables). Perez also suggested we might consider replacing the cables on our other garage door, that was of the same age and use, and we took him up on his thoughtful, pressure-less offer. We are COMPLETELY thrilled with the service from Dodd's Garage Door Systems - from our first interaction on the phone, the helpful advice we received, the timely and polite service and the very reasonable prices, especially given that it was the weekend. This is a wonderful company who truly understands customer service.

Replace Garage Door Springs
My garage door ended up only opening about 1 foot off the ground and was stuck there. Realizing this was quite out of my league I checked some reviews and contacted Dodds. They were back to me within the day and booked a service call within my chosen time window. Joe showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He saw that I had a broken spring in my door hence why it would not move. He recommended replacing both springs as they were the same age and I agreed. He also fixed my attempt at fixing the garage door opener wiring and realigned the safety lasers that were wired incorrectly by the previous owners. I felt bad as he was working in a closed garage in next to 50 degree heat. I priced out the work online and Dodds was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. This kind of work can be very dangerous if not done right as the springs are holding back hundreds of pounds and if they snap you could be seriously injured, I would definitely recommend Dodds for Garage door service. Homestars did not steer me wrong.

Also in pointing out the dangers of trying to fix your garage door unless you are very experienced.The springs are under tremendous torque and serious injury could result.

Garage Door Repair & Hardware Purchase
I called Dodds on a Friday before the long weekend because our garage door was acting up. They sent someone within the hour, who totally took apart the garage door, and reinstalled the hardware properly. The technician was extremely efficient, and very, very, polite. I am very glad I called Dodd's to do the service!

Sensor issues
Booked a service call through their on-line service - had a return call within 10 minutes of booking. JP was able to help me fix the problem over the phone- a service called wasn't needed. Saved me money and will be the first company I call and recommed for any garage door issues.

Supply, Install and maintain 14 commercial grade glass garage doors and accessories
The communication between this contractor and us being the client was far superior than any of the other companies we compared. Our Sales Manager Roy Arluck was knowledgeable and was able to source the doors to our manufacturer specifications at a cost that was very attractive considering the quality of the components which are all brand name. Since installation, the Service of these doors has been immediate when a problem has occurred and the servicemen treat us like gold. I would recommend these professionals to all of my family and friends as they are for both residential and commercial.

installing a new garage opener
i was honestly very impressed by not only the courtesy and attention to every details of the job,it was done magnifiently and cleanly.price was right too.i would use them again in a jiffy and highly recommend them.

New CHI Cedar Garage Door
David Assis and the Dodds Team did a magnificent job from start to finish. We chose the cedar faced CHI garage door. The door is costly, but worth every penny. Its an easy way to give your house a facelift. THANK YOU DODDS!

Garage Door Replacement and Emergency Service Call
My garage door broke in half in the middle on Fri. night. The next day Dodds sent a repair person who patched it and a sales person (Michael) on Sunday who helped me to choose a new door. He also arranged to get it ordered the next business day and rushed my order. A new door was installed in less than 2 weeks. I was really impressed with their service and their response time. The door is really nice and is much better than the one I had.

garage door repair
Just want to thank you for your excellent service in attending to the problem with my garage door. Your technician was very prompt and knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and repair the problem in less than 45 minutes. He also took the time to discuss future issues that are likely to arise with my outdated opener. I have been in a service business for 45 years and must say that the gentleman that attended today was very professional, courteous, and most helpful.
