I received service from this company during one season, in 2011. The following season I sold the house and was moving away, so I called to cancel the service for 2012, as I would no longer be living at that address. It was very difficult to get hold of someone, as they did not want to accept the cancelation by phone. I finally got through and managed to cancel. Years later (in 2015!) I find out that the account has gone to collections, and they want to charge me $563 for a service I cancelled and did not authorize!!!
Any other business in good faith would not do this... I tried to speak with someone in
Customer Service, who was trying to convince me that Mr. Green cannot do anything about this, and that I need to settle it with collections! I have an (otherwise) stellar credit report, it is unthinkable that I should pay for a service I cancelled!
