I arranged for a lawn service contract which was supposed to cover 7 service visits to manage weed control in April 2021. After prepaying for the service, the first service was done relatively quickly in mid April. The first service included spring fertilization but no weed control. I called a month later when weed control was necessary to arrange for another visit. I was promised that a visit would be arranged ASAP. I was not contacted nor was a visit arranged. I called after another 2 weeks and told the issue had been escalated. Still no service has been arranged or have I been contacted. I have now done the weed spraying and overseeding included in the contract myself. It is now June and only 1 of 7 prepaid services have been arranged. It seems unlikely that 5 additional appointments can occur during the season when weed control is needed.

Good value and great service over spring, summer and fall. Have used other services but Dr Green is the better value. There is limited upsell of services. Very happy with the service.

I have been using Dr Green for many years now. They offer all the services you will ever need. Passerbys always comment how we'll the lawn looks. Well worth the money.

We have had good service for the first 4 years of service. We saw improvements in our lawn and healthy growth. Last spring things changed. Spring seeding and aeration was not preformed until September, after we called multiple times. In august the attendant who fertile the lawn left big burn patches and figure 8 circles of burn lines. When we called to complain we repeatedly got an answering machine and no call back. We are unsure if we will remain with this service another year.

Have been using Dr. Green for many years. They are very responsive in dealing with any concerns and will happily reapply a treatment if needed. They do reach out to sell additional services, but no pressure to purchase these.

Have had the Lawn Care Service by Dr Green for over 20 years. Always notifies of scheduled attendance for service and what it is for. Never had any issues with the service or staff. Professional courteous and quick service of my fairly large lot. Highly recommend them.
