    Lawn care

Wow, what poor customer service and the job done on my lawn is even worse. I have my yard now filled with weeds and dandelions. They have also missed to spring clean certain sections in the yard also (leaves all over the ground). I have called several times to complain to get someone out here to do the job right but we keep getting the same excuse that we are on rush order. That was 2 weeks ago. Also sent them pictures to the sales rep and he has not even replied. I asked for the manager to come out and to see the quality of work done but they (and there are a few from what the customer service lady told me) are unable to do so at this time. Wow!!!!!! This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. They left me a bill in the mail and it is a good thing that I did prepay for their yearly service. I will be seeking another company that will fix what they have done and do the job right. I should have done some research on them.

    Lawn Care Service

Don't believe in the sales guys, saying about the way they take care of your lawn. They just tries to make you sign their deal. Once you sign for the first application, they do not even care for the customers. All they care is only money. If you call customer service nobody lifts the phone. Even if they lift, they say that they are busy and will get back to you, but they won't get back. Sales rep says that it take 45 minutes to complete work on the lawn, but I figured out, even they don't take 10 to 15 minutes. Also they don't apply all the things Sales Rep suggests you. All I have seen is, they just want to hang the bill at your door. Also they said that the first application is for $27.01 without any commitment, but I was left with another bill, though I paid the initial amount. When I asked them, they say that I have to sign a 1 year contract in order to get the $27.01, and that too they will give that offer at the end of the contract. This is a total contradiction to what sales rep sells to you. I am paying off the rest of the amount I got on the bill, but I never ever provide my business to these guys. Thank god I cancelled with these guys after reading the reviews on online, as I don't want to do business with this kind of a company.

    lawn service

I cant elaborate enough how poor the customer service is(actually theres none) if you call their office they hang up on you without speaking. We have told them in person, on the ph and in writing before they started, to stop trying to force their service on us and they continued ... even after numerous calls to stop. When you call their corperate office you sit on hold forever. They have burned our lawn, actually have destroyed the grass completely after their expert horticulturalist refertilized the already burned grass. Not only poor service but poor quality employees as well. this site should have negative figures allowed. Its obvious they ignored our stop orders and now expect payment for willfull damage to our property. the call center they have is pitifull at best and is not conducive to accepting cancelations if one chooses to do so, this is part of their game.

    Lawn Care

I had previously submitted a critical review of this company which I have deleted. This is a replacement review. I used Dr. Green for lawn service in 2013 but chose not to renew as I determined that I could manage lawn care on my own for less cost. The service provided during 2013 was okay although my lawn did not show great improvement from past years. If you decide to use the service, be aware this company follows an automatic renewal policy. As a customer, the onus is on you to contact Dr. Green Customer Service to request service termination, but only if you do not wish to renew. Be aware that Dr. Green sales personnel do not have the authority to cancel services, only CS staff can do so. My mistake was believing that by telling their sales personnel (who called incessantly to up sell me lawn services) that I did not wish to renew that that was sufficient. My bad. Although my overall experience was frustrating and I doubt I will do business with the company again, I wish to acknowledge the efforts of Courtney who did appear interested in resolving my concerns. For this reason, I am amending my rating from 0 stars to 2 stars in recognition of her efforts.

    Positive experience

My experience with Dr. Green has been a positive one. There was a small issue that I contacted them about (the difficulty in properly securing the gate) and it was addressed immediately and never became a problem. Since I live in a high crime area this was important to me and, therefore, it became important to them. I have no problem recommending Dr. Green's services since our healthy lawn stands out in the neighbourhood.

    Lawn care

Extremely poor customer care service. Never seen such a bad customer service ever in my life. They are ONLY interested to take your money and a broken record of asking money will kept on repeating while you are on hold forever. No one showed up at the property to do anything but very quietly hanged the bill at the door and run away.Wow.... very impressed . This is all happening in this great 21 century.

Great service for over 4 years!

Dr Green has given me and my lawn good service for 4 seasons now. I find the prices fair and the service is good. They always follow through on scheduled appointments following communication which I appreciate as I usually have to clean up toys from the lawn and its good to know the work will be done. My lawn is green and weed free all summer long.

    12 years customer!!!

Dr. Green has been caring for our lawn for about 12 years, and they have done an excellent job. The combination of fertilizer and environmentally-friendly weed treatments provided by Dr. Green is excellent value for money. Treatments are performed in a timely manner, and we are always informed as to when treatment took place, and if any action is required on our part. Dr. Green provides helpful feedback on our lawn-cutting habits and we are alerted promptly to any special problems, such as grub/insect infestations. Despite the heat and lack of rainfall we have experienced over the past decade, our lawn has remained lush and green, one of the nicest on our street. We appreciate being able to spend our time on other aspects of our garden, and leave the lawn to Dr. Green

    Nicest lawn on the street!

Dr. Green has been able to make my lawn look great. In previous years I have spent lots of time and money trying to achieve a healthy lawn with minimal success. Now I have the nicest lawn on the street with no work and less money. Thanks dr green

    Lawn Care

Living social promotion for spring fertilizer then second fertilizer weed control. Called to book April 24, quoted 5-8 business days and still no sign of getting service. Terrible customer service, on hold always and twice when leaving number for callback within 20 minutes, never received a call back the same day! Asked last Thursday for a date, said they can't guarantee and rescheduled for rush service on Monday and still didn't show up. Now on hold with the company again. Glad this was a promotional deal cause I will never use this company. Don't quote service dates you can't deliver even close too, if you had been straight up with realistic timelines, I would've requested a refund and done it myself or gone elsewhere for the lawn treatments. When a customer calls with legitimate concerns, maybe seek a remedy, don't say you can't do anything. Finally, call your customers back if you say you're going to. Extremely disappointed.
