How can I say this without prejudice, Last year we had Dr. Green come to our home and fertilize our beautiful green lawn and it burned. They told us to water it (sarcastically)but it rained everyday in 1213 resulting in one of the worst floods in Calgary's history but they blamed me. We contacted Dr. Green to cancel our service but they came again. so we called the CSR to cancel it again...but...you guessed it, they came again. Their call center contacted us relentlessly this year and time and time again we said that we canceled the service but they called again like nothing has ever happened. Low and behold they came to my home today and fertilized my lawn 8 days after I did it myself and now I am worried about my lawn again. So we called the CSR today and were put on hold for several minutes then told someone would call us back...4 hours ago...I don't know about all of you but I don't want to waist my time waiting for them to call. of course they have my credit card number so I suspect they will have all ready made a charge against my account. I would like to know if anyone searching this complaints center wants to get involved in a class action suit against them or join me when I press charges with the Commercial crimes division for illegal trespass and breach of verbal contract. I pre-paid last year. I've been on the phone with them weekly for 5 weeks making sure I get the aeration and seed like they promote. Man finally came out after 5 weeks and put crabgrass spray. i called again and they said they screwed up. Now they say they're sorry but they can't seed until Fall. They refused a refund and said there is nothing they can do now. 5 weeks I waited and I called every week to make sure they wouldn't mess up like they did last year with other problems. They are not listed with the BBB, and they let me know it! After all the b.s. I've went through in the last 5 weeks I completely recommend this service "DR. GREEN" to no one!

I had an amazing experience for this seasons contract I called and spoke to Leann and she was very helpful and gave great customer service. I wish that all the staff could be just like Leann

Very disappointed with the service we received last summer. Our lawn after service was even worse than before the service. Makes you wonder if any service was provided. Can't reach customer care. Tried to call multiple times. They take your name and number and never call you back or when you do hold for a representative or when you do speak to someone, they hang up the phone the phone and don't bother calling back. I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint against this company.

I have been pleased with the lawn services of Dr. Green. I have been with them now for probably 3 years or more now. I have probably the most challenging lawn for weeds on the street but it is not because Dr. Green. When I moved into my home a few years ago, my lawn was disastrous and so I use Dr. Green to control my dandelion problem that I have and hopefully over time, the grass through fertilizer and treatment will win the battle with the weeds. At least my neighbours, who have such good lawns, know that Im trying. ($300 for 5 treatments over a year)

They got my money, promised services. Haven't seen or heard from them. When I call I am on hold for a very very long time. I opted out for a call back within 24hrs. It took 3 days! Was promised a visit by a lawn 'technician' the following week. Didn't happen. Even if there is a valid excuse I would expect a call. Finally got through again, it seems I'm still not on a schedule. I asked for a full refund. They asked for another chance but couldn't guarantee an approximate time. NEVER AGAIN.

I have tried repeatedly to talk to someone at customer service regarding my backyard concerns and I get put on hold, phone call is disconnected or no call back. Not impressed.

I am very disappointed in your service this year. Last year no problem. this year when they cam do do the first fertilizing and power raking., power rake was not done properly, there was thatch left over and i had to rake it up myself! Further more when I called to talk to customer service, I wanted to talk to a supervisor(May 1,2014) the supervisor was in a meeting and will call me back right after. Well it is May 9, 2014 and I am still waiting for that phone call. also the guy only fertilized the front yard and not the back, The customer service said they would be out the next day, I am still waiting for that next day. The weather was great the next day!. Finally today I talked to Leslie and Leanna. All I want is my money refunded and not their services at all. Leanna did try to get me to get a free service but no all I wanted is my money back. i don't need this in my life .I should have the reviews before.,as I know another person who had a hard time cancelled and getting there money back. So now i just wait and see. that is why a person pays by Visa so they can get money refunded..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid for a full year service last year. My lawn was in such bad shape after several of their services that a representative actually came to my house to sell me Dr Green services. I told him my lawn was the result of Dr Green services. A supervisor came by and promised all kinds of credits and free services to make it right. Neither happened. I paid the entire amount. Once they started stalker calling me again this spring, I told them to lose my number and stay off my property. Today I get an email that they're coming for their "scheduled" visit tomorrow. I will call the police if I see them step foot on my property.

I wanted to write to you and state how pleased I am with Dr. Green. Andrea in customer service was excellent in helping me determine what plan to purchase and a pleasure to deal with. I contacted several lawn maintenance companies and the price I was given was very competitive. I was also happy with the quick response in my first lawn treatment.
