My experience with Dr.Green is so good that I keep going back to them again and again.They served me at my old house and when I moved I asked them to come in as soon as the builder put in the grass in my yard.Thanks to Dr. green my lawn looks like a green carpet all the time and they don't mind to come and repeat a service if i am not happy.

I have used Dr. Green Lawn Services for several years, to maintain a healthy lawn. I've always been satisfied with the treatments, and the additional customer service when I called to discuss a specific aspect of the treatments. I will certainly renew for service next season.

I have used Dr. Green Lawn Care Service for several years. The service provided is excellent and helps us maintain a lawn that is lush and full. The fertilizer service is particularly helpful to maintain a healthy lawn.

DO NOT NOT NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DON'T EVEN SHOW UP WHEN YOU ARRANGE AN APPT. TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. Our lawn was quite green until they applied their treatment (until the last couple of years we hadn't had a problem but this was the same one as last year happening again). My husband called and they said a manager would come out to look at the lawn. 3 DAYS LATER - NO ONE HAD COME so I called to get an actual date. I had to argue with 'Telma' in Cust.Svce. to get me a specific date. Finally, she said either 'Dave' or 'Nathan' would be out the next a.m. No one came so we called and they said a specific time wasn't arranged - maybe they could have called?? VERY frustrating as we had wasted our a.m. waiting around for them - delaying our care of my 93 year old Mother (we provide daily care). Another appt. was arranged for the next a.m. at 7: a.m. and I got up at 6:45 to wait. When my husband went out to water the lawn at 8: a.m., there was a note that he (Marko V) had been at 6:22 - DIDN'T ring the bell although I'd made it very clear we wanted to speak to the guy when he was here. My husband waters the lawn regularly in the a.m. (per their previous instructions). Their analysis of the problem is HEAT STRESS (I guess the sun has only been shining on our lawn creating heat stress as all the other ones around us are beautiful - thick & green) and leather jackets and cinch bugs in the back. They refuse to accept that their treatment caused any of the damage - which occurred 2 days after it. Marko noted the lawn would be black if it was their product and also that the lawn was in 'fair' instead of 'poor' condition! It's virtually 1/2 brown - do they consider that 'fair'?! Burns are brown and if severe, black (my brother-in-law works for a golf course and confirmed this). Dr.Green's analysis said to water more often to avoid cinch bugs and to overseed. My husband has already overseeded twice this season attempting to get the lawn back to thick & green. Basically, we paid $271. and are being told to take care of our own lawn. Marko applied something for the cinch bugs in the back but did nothing about the 'leatherjackets' in the front. Do they also want us to spend more money for the insect control we pay them to do?? I wanted to send a letter to the President and they refused to give me her/his name or allow me to speak with him/her. The measure of a good company isn't how they serve their clients when there ISN'T a problem - a truly great company is the one you can depend on when things go wrong... THAT IS NOT DR.GREEN.

they say the grass is not always greener on the other side.. Well after using numerous other lawncare companies, I can tell you that the grass is greener with Dr. Green. My lawn has never looked better. The service is dependable and hassle-free. The lawn tech who comes out always has good advice and even gave me some extra grass seed to spread over my lawn. The weed control really took care of all those dandelions I usually get every year. I also like that they call the day before so I know to move the furniture off the lawn. This was the first year that I felt I got my money's worth from a lawncare company. Keep up the good work Dr.Green and you will have a customer for life.

DO NOT USE DR. GREEN They have a continuous service policy that is very hard to get out of. They say they send out a letter to all our customers at the end of every season for the following year. We received no such letter and had actually moved. Our mail was forwarded to us and we received no such letter. They applied 2 services to the old address and are now harassing us on a daily basis for a service we did not authorize. After receiving over 8 harassing calls, I was advised to call customer service. I did this and spoke to Tiffany a Supervisor that played for me a message from 2011 where my husband authorized the lawn service for 2012 NOT 2013. She refused to go back to other messages after that where my husband stated he did not want the service to continue. They play a very sneaky game. I would never recommend this company. If they show up at your door, BEWARE!!!! Not a nice company to deal with. I am now having to write letters and contact a lawyer to stop the HARASSMENT we are receiving from this company.

Thank you Dr. Green for looking after our lawn. It remains thick and green all summer long. Although there are many weeds in our neighborhood, our lawn remains strong and healthy. Above all, your technicians are always courteous and friendly

I am pleased with the service I get from Dr. Green. I get an email to notify me of up-coming visits and a written report after each visit saying what action needs to be taken. Unfortunately the weather doesn't always co-operate. Often the written instructions say not to water the lawn for 24 hours and more often than not it rains.My lawn is mostly weed free. While Dr Green does what they can, it's not a turn-key solution. The homeowner has to help. I still need to pull weeds.

Dear Dr Green, I would like to thank you for an excellent job helping to get the weeds under control. I was having a big problem with weeds growing from the forest behind me into my lawn but your team did a good spraying and now the weeds are history. The person that was here was very helpful and courteous. Thank you for helping us get our lawn looking its best.

I did not order the service for 2013, and had called to cancel and they showed up anyway, Normal season before they come to the yard they would email or call prior, this time they sneak up did nothing as far as I am concern and send a bill . This is one of the worst company and i would advise to avoid them and if had fall in the trap report them.
